Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I will be handling all marketing, the web design, hosting, and everything beyond the actual programmer, as that's my weakest skill. Just need someone talented to help.
A talented person is not the perfect description when you want to hire someone or help you finish a specific project.
What skills are you looking for and what kind of partnership would you like the person to do? Will you pay him or will it be paid by shares after the success of the project?
Unless your question is accurate, describing the problem and the time to solve it, along with a precise description of the project and how to obtain financing, you will not get any response from a serious developer.

+1 . Indeed. Also, there are various mastery to various programming language and approach. It is better to specify your project idea and what language you want it to be implemented. You can use any programming language for any projects, yet some can be better for certain languages. But still, specifying what project and program would you be making would help you find people you need, and if you are protecting the idea itself, an abstract is enough for some programmers to seek your offer.
