Stellar Lumene Projects

Hello,

I am currently doing initial research related to building a micropayment application. My team did decide to support at least ETH and XLM in ICO phase. After ICO we are still unsure if it worth to create a new blockchain for our application. I am very impressive from Stellar framework. Does anyone know fresh altcoin projects that are for example in ICO phase and they promise to run application fully on the top of Stellar Framework after ICO, not going to create a new blockchain; at least they have forked Stellar.
