please have anyone experienced this situation ?, I chose 10sat / byte and I see transactions of 10sat / bytes, 9sat / bytes and even lower being included in blocks but mine is ignored for 2 days now. I am only observing the mempool but I do not understand anything about my case, someone has already experienced this.

Which wallet you use to broadcast that transaction?
If it is a non custodial wallet, please check settings and choose Replace by fee: Turn it from NO to YES. In this case, you are lucky but in other cases, you might need to bump fee for your transactions and Yes for Replace by Fee is required.

You didn't make a mistake, unless you are really in hurry.

The problem here OP is that you are spending unconfirmed inputs.

You can use that change to perform a child-pays-for-parent (CPFP) to speed things up if you are desperate for a confirmation, but if it were me I would just be patient.

Next time, use a wallet that supports RBF so that you have the ability to increase fees if you want to rush to obtain confirmations.
You have no choice but to wait or use CPFP by paying a higher fee more than 10 sats/vbyte on average for your three transactions.

You chose a low fee which is why you need to stay patient for it to get confirmed. Due to the current high TX fee and long TX time situation, you might need to wait for a couple of days.

You could always use TX accelerators to get your TX confirmed asap in my opinion. Check the below link out(Very helpful).

He actually chose a perfectly reasonable fee, and there are multiple times since he broadcast the transaction three days ago where it would have confirmed, it not for the unconfirmed parent.

Of all the accelerators listed on your link, the only free transaction accelerator which still works is ViaBTC. However, they only accept transactions which do not have any unconfirmed parents, and so will not accept OP's transaction.

As I stated above, the only realistic option available to OP here is for either him to perform a CPFP with his change, or the recipient to perform a CPFP.

You dont have to worry about your transaction. It is not stuck, it is waiting for confirmation. It will be either confirmed, or dropped and returned to your wallet. You wont lose your money in any case.

FYI I had a transaction with 5sat/fee and waited around 40 days to get it confirmed. I bet you will have to wait for 10+ days to get it confirmed.

I do not believe that the situation with mempool will improve to the extent that 2 sat/byte transactions will get a chance to confirm. Currently, such transactions are as much as 90+ vMB from the tip, and I don't remember the last time I saw a transaction with such a low fee pass (unless it's a miner transaction).

It doesn't need to. It only needs to improve to the situation where 6.9 sats/vbyte transactions start to confirm. When miners consider CPFP transactions, they consider the effective fee rate of all the transactions they would have to mine. The combined size and fee of OP's two transactions together works out to a total fee rate of 6.9 sats/vbyte as I explained above, and so the 2 sat/vbyte transaction would still be mined at this level to permit the miner in question to also mine the 10 sat/vbyte transaction.

As long as the first transaction is not purged from the mempool (and at present it isn't as I can still find it on most block explorers), then it makes no difference how far from the tip it is when considered in isolation.

It is still unconfirmed but If you are not in a hurry just wait for this weekend and in Saturday or Sunday your transaction will probably be confirmed.

If you need faster confirmation and if you used replace-by-fee, you can pay higher fee following this guide I posted few days ago and use increase fee option in Electrum.

Thank you for the explanation if I understand correctly this is the first transaction that blocks me. The worst part is that the change address is also part of the second transaction and also awaits confirmation, can I use this unconfirmed amount from the change address to make a CPFP? Yes. First you'll need to let us know which address is the change (I would guess 1AaE9A5pF6L5J2aYa2TdeDfmCQqNfD7aEz, but I may be wrong), and also let us know which wallet software you are using. You'll also need to be aware that with the current fee rate for a fast transaction sitting at around 70 sats/vbyte, there is not enough bitcoin on that address to successfully boost the fee rate of the 3 transactions combined to the level required for a fast confirmation, and you would need to also spend additional coins from another address (which would further increase the size, and therefore price, of your CPFP transaction).

You would need to wait up and based off on your screenshot where a 10sat/byte block had been already confirmed then thats the time when the network does have low fee

and when it surges or shall we say that the price rise up that high once again then your transaction would really be still in pending because miners would eventually priority
those transaction with higher fee and as long those transactions do keep piling up then theres no other option for you to do but only to wait up.

I'm not sure where you are looking at the mempool, but it is incorrect. For the last several hours, the minimum fee required to be included in a block has been around 70 sats/vbyte. See: https://mempool.space/

I 1-input-1-output legacy transaction will be around 190 vbytes. Adding that to your two previous transactions, and assuming you spend the 19,693 sats you can spend from that address on a fee, your total will be 1047 vbytes paying 25,617 sats, which will work out to 24.5 sats/vbyte, which is nowhere near the required level.

Thank you for your advice, I did what you said and it finally worked, I did the CPFP "6fed3737ab66630899c3d93462aaacdbd3b03626b86d9f870434c12a639d47d6" with 103sat / vbyte this allowed me to have an effective rate of 24.4sat/vbyte and that at allowed to confirme all my other stuck transactions. The method works thank you
