1. An Android Wallet : an android wallet for the selacoin with nice ui (doesnt have to have mining but would be great if it does as the coin is both pow and pos based - so would be very nice to have users be able to mine on mobile).

Any bounty program can be just a part of a marketing strategy. I guess it should be determined first.

this may not be the best attitude. Listing on any exchange, not the best way, we have a lot of poor services, self-proclaimed as a crypto exchange. Yes, they have some "exchange" functionality, they are mostly dedicated to small projects, helping them to be tradeable but it often ends up picking up money from its users and run away.
Here is an example [Warning] Unnamed.exchange - do we have another exit scam?. Listing on an exchange like this can bring you only users who are willing to use a high-risk service or not knowledgeable enough. Many people are not interested in investing in a coin if it is listed only there.
in this way, the start is very limited.
