Bitcasino.io Scam

Before you say no im a frustrated Gambler who is angry that he loose, no im not.

Im now few month by Bitcasino.io and yes I was loose maybe a 60.000-100.000 euro, and now wow I was win around 33,000 Euro, but exactly this is the Problem, they dont precede the Withdraw and when you ask them questions like "Why you hold my Money back but dont inform me via Mail" they send you in the Chat one Kiss Smile, they speak with you like you are a criminal but thousands of thousands they take even now im able to cancel the pending withdraw to continue to play. And exactly this is what they want, because they know very very well, that almost 60 Prozent of them costumers play when they have stress, to come down, to forget the world outside. And exactly this they make, they stop withdraws, wait sometimes weeks and  month to answer you the result of KYC and and and, to make you Stress, clever from them. I was provide all documents witch they need for the KYC but there is a ignorant tone, they dont answer you, they close the chat by questions witch are to difficult to explain, just standard text not more, and now I feel the Helpless, I feel that they dont care and they play with you.

When you look in google and when you search here you find hundreds of unbelievable stories, they handle you like a criminal but in real they are because they steal your Money.

After I was read all and after I was speak now so often with Bitcasino.io via chat, I just can warn you also that its better to dont use them Service.

Bitcasino.io is one of reputable casino, they won't scam you unless you're doing something wrong. You might got ignored because you're forcing them to enable the withdrawal, does they explain what the problem of your account? Probably you're breaking their TOS. Is there any chance you use VPN? What do you mean of criminal? Is there any relation with your money came from?

I think you need to wait for Karl respond on your accusation, because AFAIK the support always answer each accusation made in this forum. If you're not wrong (based on your story) you deserved to get your money back.

I think you need to wait for Karl respond on your accusation, because AFAIK the support always answer each accusation made in this forum. If you're not wrong (based on your story) you deserved to get your money back.

I was write again the Chat and they was say me that im verified now by them, then I was ask if they need more documents and that I have nothing to hide, and the answer was: NO
Then I was ask ok but when You dont need nothing anymore from me and all documents for verification was ok then why I still dont have my mone, she ask what Money
After first shock I was send her the withdraw number, she was check and say like yesterday already: Original: I am able to see your 2 withdraws pending, as they are quite big it might take  longer to have them reviewed/approved. As your documents have already been verified, you do not need to do anything else at this time.

Then I: Can u tell me one timeframe please

Chat Support: I don't have a timeframe to share with you, but "HOPEFULLY" later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Then I: Hopefully? Ok but u as a worker have experience with this so u must to know the usually timeframe.

Chat Support: I do not have many queries about withdraws, but on my experience, this would be my proposed time frame. You always can check back with us tomorrow. if not approved by them.

From your story, we now know you have submitted your KYC and it already verified, so it's already a good thing. Then you just need to wait for their reply on your withdrawal (maybe because your withdrawal amount is considered huge for them so they need to manual checking your withdrawal). Now you only need to wait according what they told to you (since they said it could be today (tommorow))

The chat team say today that the game provider have to investigate how I was win, is this normal?

I was write to complaince@bitcasino.io for a Self-Exclusion for 1 week because im scared to cancel the withdraw and play then the funds.

My account is now in the 24-hr cooling off period, and im not able to log in, my question is just if even I want this 1 week Self-Exclusion for protecting myself, the withdraws witch are pending will be processed after the game provider is finish with his investigation?

They Scam me Now really this is unbelievable how you guys can protect this „Firm“. I ask so long the paymentdepartment look in my withdraws to make a self break of one week, to protect me that I don’t cancel my pending withdraws and continue to play, because I need this amount. Welcome to the forum. You should not pay to much attention to those shill accounts. They all get paid to protect the big sites.
And they get a lot of money to protect them. Bitcasino.io and sportsbet.io are all the same fraud mate.
They own many accounts on the forum, and they just pay these accounts to make sure they can continue scamming.
I am 100% sure that you are telling the truth and that they have scammed you. Hope that you will get your money.
But do not self exclude, they can use that against you and write that you wanted to close your account, and then they have reasons to take your funds.

You did the right thing by requesting to be self-excluded. At least you guaranteed that you'll not lose your money because of frustration.

You didn't tell us when you made the withdrawal request exactly and for how long have you been waiting?
Manual processing may take some time but shouldn't exceed 2-3 days. If it took longer than this then probably they are investigating your account and how you made that huge win!
