First of all, thank you for your questions.
Before answering let me clarify that this is a community-based project, I'm a community member like everyone else, I just took (like some other members) the initiative to improve Simian Finance.
The contract is ownerless, so no one can alter it or claim ownership which promotes everyone to participate with their own initiatives.

With the revival of this project, do you have full control of the resources needed to move forward its development?

Yes, we have control of the Dev wallet, domain names, and social media.

And how do you select the charity organization that you want to spend your money with?

There was an application process, they were the only candidates.
But we do plan to extend support to other organizations.

As the project grows financially so will the number of supported entities and the formalities to distribute funds.
There are ideas to implement a DAO model for this effect.

Where can we see a certain agreement to the institutions that are holding these apes that you are creating NFTs for them? Like for example, do you have final agreement with International Animal Rescue that you will make an NFT item for Rickina?

I wasn't personally involved in the negotiations, we have assurance by the member who dealt with the communications with Orangutan Outreach that the NFT was discussed and they approved it.
But your point is quite valid, I'll talk about it internally and if necessary will reach out to Orangutan Outreach.

Charities will have wallets or will receive donations directly from the donation wallet.

With 5% distributed among all holders, charity wallets will receive passive income just by holding.

Holders will be also rewarded with passive income, this is a fair compensation because just by holding they are increasing the value of the coin.

So when there is a donation to a charity, 5% of the donation is shared with other charities and also holders.

Of course, this is all on top of standard tokenomics of supply and demand and all other initiatives like adoption NFTs.

There is also a burn wallet (1% of supply) that also receives fees reducing the available supply in each transaction.

The coin seems to have found its support after getting dumped pretty hard by moonshot whales. With around 590 hodlers on Etherscan and ~400 member on the Telegram, it can only grow from there.

Sound fundamentals, everyone wants to make money while helping a good cause, and with the rise of the NFT era, the apes's adoption certificates are a legit token representing not only a conceptual piece of art, but a very real, tangible animal's life.

At the moment our development priority is developing a multi-chain solution, the ETH gas fees atm are highly constricting to our trade volume.

I don't know of any custom developments for a charity wallet.

For now, we have a generic donation wallet and plan on having a dedicated wallet for each of the charities.

We had a major liquidity provider that sold most of its share, it lowered the price quite a bit, but now the token distribution is much healthier.
Market cap is now ridiculously low at 140k.
