Looking for communication management support for an ICO

Friends of mine are doing an ICO and need someone to help them with management of their PR / communication activities. Probably more someone to help out with the strategy, cocreating a concept and the rules, then someone to physically community manage on a telegram channel. Do you guys no anyone with good references who could help?

There are a lot of reputable bounty managers on this forum and I think they can take the job of managing PR / media activities.

OP is looking for PR/communications staff, or perhaps manager. I'm not sure the names you mentioned do such thing. A bounty manager is not the same with a PR/communications manager.

OP, I suggest you move this topic to the services section as you are looking for someone to do certain services for you.

And it would definitely help a lot if you give even a brief overview of your ICO or project.
