Is there any fiat (visa card etc.) to bitcoin payment gateways for online webshops? Can only find the other way around, bitcoin to fiat.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Check out Strike by Jack Mallers(famous Twitter Bitcoiner). It's still in "coming soon" status though, so you'd have to wait a bit. Probably follow them on Twitter if you're really looking forward to such service.

You want people to buy in your store using Visa, but you want that value to be immediately converted to bitcoin and go to your wallet?

Personally,  I think that this will be expensive when available

There are costs involved, like exchanges and mining costs.

Why dont you just send money to an exchange and buy bitcoin, after receiving your payments? This might be less expensive.

You can also add btcpayserver.org in your website. People will be able pay using visa in your current payment method but you can also add bitcoin.

Strike, the one I previously listed, claims to have zero fees(not sure how they do it tbh). But then again, it's currently unavailable(the Strike debit card) so you might need to wait for a while.

It's possible they have hidden fee or unfair exchange rate, but i might be wrong.

I'm guessing the same— pretty much presumably one of the ways the "zero fee" trading platforms make money. While there technically no fees, you might be spending more for the spreads. But then again, we're just guessing. Time will tell.
