sometimes people may forget to mention the source from which they got the content. but in the case of a cryptocurrency project, I don't see much need for the person to copy/paste a whitepaper or litepaper unless the person does not know anything about what he is doing and wants to deceive other people. why let's see:

That is why I think that the creator of a project, who loves his project and wants to earn money and reputation with hard work and with the project he created will not copy whitepaper from other projects

Exactly, But it's normal to get some ideas from any other project what we want to chase. we need the valuable information about the project to make self project more beautiful. And I think this is done by every company, and it's one type of marketing strategy. But the problem happen when they write the whitepaper about own project like as the following project or even just do copy paste. This is disgusting any enough to lost the reputation of that project.

If a company does this clearly they will write the Whitepaper carefully and clearly because this is the most important information in the products they build It will remain if only can plagiarize it is clear that many people will continue to make fun of it is meaningless to stay on purpose in their plagiarism. not serious even it can only be a fraud someday.

Although I would agree I can't trust them. I have remembered when I took the campaign of Bamboo DeFi. After the launch signature campaign, I had marked hold the campaign due to plagiarism. But eventually, they successfully raised funds and get listed in multiple exchanges. Technically they aren't a scammer. But here is the fact of trust, personally I can't trust those who can't write their white paper by own or can't hire a professional writer. So finally I want to say, don't believe in plagiarism, doesn't matter they are scammer or not. Just avoid the risk.

Yes, the developer should know how their created project will work. What problems going to solve, etc. If I'm not wrong then there is an idea behind every project on which the white paper is written but just imagine if the idea is stolen from another project then ... how much success is possible
