How to create your own Cryptocurrency?

Hi, good day to all! So I'm a software developer with only a 3 years experience on windows/web applications, web APIs, window services using different technologies/frameworks. And suddenly, a friend of mine introduced me to the world of cryptocurrencies. I was amazed and curious on how these things work and I'm really interested on this blockchain technology. Does anyone here know how to build this blockchain from scratch and teach me? Or perhaps send me some links. And also how to create your own token and how to use it on your own application?

It's great that you are interested in crypto and want to test your programming skills to try and develop something. But you should know that according to CoinMarketCap, there are currently over 9000 different coins and tokens. This number is even higher because many coins are not listed. The majority of these have no reason to exist or have any valid use cases.

Ask yourself what is your goal, and what problems does your digital asset solve?
Can the same be completed with bitcoin or one of the other assets that already exists?
