It seems that they uses non fixed withdrawal fee so it will always based on the latest network condition when you are going to withdraw.

There are currently no withdrawal fees for any coins except BTC.
The withdrawal fees for BTC varies according to the network. You can see the average withdrawal fees when making a withdraw.

Sorry just got back on and after I checked everything has been resolved so indeed this is a bit of an error from the browser and connectivity on my network and now I have done what I want because all the addres have appeared after clicking deposit.

Actually I don't really like the EOS network in the sense of rarely using it.
So what the admin said, hopefully it will be fast with the addition of a few coins that are needed to overcome the transaction fees, I now just try a little on mbtc.

If this is how they resolve issues here, most players who submitted their complaints may already forgot their case especially those with small funds involved. Non major tournament/league should not be a reason imo, there should be a valid reason why they think that the game is dishonest. If no other bookies had no issues with this game, basically there is nothing wrong with the game and betcrypt should be able to resolve your issue fast. Keep updating your issue in this thread and hopefully it will be resolved in the best way and fast as what they told you.
