I´m victim of scam,
but if I try to warn people I am threatened with legal action against me
therefore I have made involved "companies" unrecognizable.

Here is my comment on Trustpilot:

I ordered 2 devices from asicmxxxxco.com on 02/21/2021.
I could only pay with cryptocurrencies.
I received a payment confirmation from coixxxse.com.
Then came an email from asicmxxxxco.com that they have a minimum order quantity of at least 5 pieces.
They are sorry, it should have been told to me, but I just should order 2 more pieces and get 5 devices delivered.
Since I wanted to order a third device anyway, I did it that way and yes I know that was stupid of me.
Anyway, I haven't heard from them since.
There is no response to emails.
Filed a complaint, but there is probably not much the police can do outside of the EU.

The identity of these criminals has to be known to Coixxxse because you have to be fully verified there and I know the address of the recipient.
I asked at coixxxse.com what I have to do to find out the identity of the payee or WHO has to ask for it in order to receive it,
but I did not get an answer from coixxxse.com either.

Then I researched and what I noticed is, that the company asicmxxxxco.com is supposed to be in China, but their server is in Los Angeles!
An email request to asicmxxxx.co, whether asicmxxxxco.com is also an official website of them, never received an answer.
The server of asicmxxxx.co is not located in China either, but also in the USA in San Francisco, as is that of coixxxse.com.
All servers are located in California on the US West Coast and they are not far from each other.

So:
HANDS OFF
of
asicmxxxxco.com

and be careful with similar "companies" !
I've already had to delete other comments because I've received threats of legal action against me, simply because I've warned others to be cautious.

They just kidding us little people as they want, but they don't do anything against these SCAM websites, with which they of course have nothing to do, these websites are allowed to stay online ...

I will not say any more about it.
May everyone think of their own part!

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Also:
FINGER WEG

Why are you redacting the domains of the scammers. If you really want to make an effective warning to the members about the scammers, then I suggest you make a proper scam report including the domains of the scam sites.

Don't be scared about getting sued. If you sent them money and didn't receive anything, and you do have proof then include all the info in the scam accusation without fear or favor.

@logfiles
It's asicminerco.com

I don't understand why he's replacing the letters when he left them a public negative review on trust pilot
https://at.trustpilot.com/review/asicminerco.com

And then things really get messy here.
Asicminer.co were some old scammers with fake gear, but they were the ones that come up with the name ASICminer 8 Nano

The com website just stole the pictures and updated the specs to make the product more competitive
https://asicminerco.com/product/asicminer-8-nano-s-158t/

But now, you really believed that you could buy a 158th/s unit for 4000$ when the s19pro go for 8000?
Not to mention the fact that the math doesn't check-up as it delivers more hashes than an s19pro for less power but claims a lower efficiency.
