Can someone explain me when i place bet on particular game on freebitco.in why i am not receiving additional prize from the reward pool if i picked the winner bet? It says that the earlier bet was made, the higher share of the pool will be. I tried several times to contact their support, but never got answers on this topic

First of all, I suggest that you move this topic to the Gambling Discussion section. Any discussion on betting should be placed there 

Second, do you have any pictures so we can figure out the error you are experiencing? To be honest, I can't even imagine the problem you want to talk about. Your topic is here and didn't get any response because your post was too sketchy. I also suspect that when the team did not answer your question, it might be because it wasn't correct. Anyway, you need additional information if you need help.

I am new here. I will give example of my confusion ,several weeks ago i placed bet of 30 satoshis on Bayern Munich against Borussia Dortmund, and i won around 50 satoshis but also got from the prize pool of that game around 1000 satoshis for winning bet, then i also placed bet of 50 satoshis on West Ham against Wolves, so i won about 120 satoshis but nothing got from the prize pool. Are they giving satoshis from the pool randomly? Hope you understand

How could you get 1000 satoshis from the prize pool while betting only 30 sats?   It's the first time I ever heard such a thing. Could you share a picture of that? I think you are confusing with something else or you fell into a scam. Be careful if you received such a message from a social network or an email. Your prize pool share is included in your final payout, you can compute it by subtracting your stake multiplied with final odds from your winnings.

Ok thx for the answers, that happened just once that i got 1000 satoshis extra, maybe it is mistake by freebitco.in moderators because i didnt won on free roll or multiply game anything special and have only one refferal who is inactive. I am writting from the phone so i dont know how to post picture of that, my final winnings after match Bayern Munich- Borrusia Dortmund were 50 satoshis and that is official, but after that game i had 1000 satoshis more. Information about that i tried to find on my profile stats but i didnt find it anywhere.

This is not the best place to post your problems since if you just reach out the support then state your errors or issue well provably you can get a go answer and those found problem will be fixed. And since someone give you the link of their community manager better to go with it so that you will not encounter the issue again.

Re-check your account deposit history, there must be a reason for you to receive additional 1000 sats. But what makes i confused, do we can betting with less than 100 sats on sports? It really worthless and just wasting time to bet with such low amount like that

The 1000 satoshi that you get from Freebitcoin is not a mistake, it is the free satoshi that Freebitcoin gives to members who have not been active for a long time.

You can check on betting tab, and scroll down click "My expired bets" choose the sport event Bayern vs Dortmund scroll down again you will find how much you won.

In my experience what you get there includes an additional reward (multiplier for early bettors).
Just put your question on their ANN THREAD you will get more clear answer
