Most of the traders avoided the token because of the lawsuit but now it had gone up like there was no threat to it. If they only knew this will happen so quickly they could have gotten more of XRP when its price dip below $0.40.  So what happened to the lawsuit are they now okay with the regulators they are now bought by Garlinghouse's billions of XRP?

It's going to go up close to $1.30 probably but after that, it will also drop again.

Even if bitcoin reach 100k by 4th quarter of the year that's still not enough to push XRP up to 10$ per coin, that's just a fantasy my dear, be realistic with yourself, if XRP win the lawsuit then 1$+ to 2$ is still possible, do not invest at ATH simply because you let the fantasy thoughts into your head, be more realistic

XRP is a dying coin, many centralized and decentralized coins started to accumulate the market cap of XRP since the lawsuit issue and it went to extreme when exchanges started to delist it. I don't have any hope on Ripple anymore.

Until now, I am not a fan of XRP (despite I only use it as a gateway to be exchanged to fiat because of cheaper fees than BTC and ETH). My high school classmate did bought XRP last year and just hold it and he was shocked in seeing his wallet like that. He is planning not to sell, because he still believe that XRP might go even higher and to acknowledge his risks if it doesn’t happen and may pullback once again.

It seems like that you didn't know about how the pump was working before Ripple will be dumped again and this time it's touching 90 cents and it was going down so fast. We should not another huge gain again by ripple.
that's enough for ripple to touch $1 rate and i think that we should expect the price of ripple will be worth more than 50 cents again.

I already feeling it, ripple probably could win the court and the price will be above $5. Last all time high was $3 or so. And now..after good news from ripple it could be relist for coinbase and other US exchanger. I want to buy more now. $10 look very hard to achieve. But ripple always did impossible achievement.

There is a lot of wishful thinking in your post on my opinion. The price surge to above 1$ was caused by the the rumor that the SEC will drop some of those charges and Coinbase will probably list XRP soon again. But this could also turn around again real quick if different news will emerge in the future. Also a price of 10$ per ripple is almost impossible in the near future because that would mean a total marketcap of 440B$ which would be double the amount of the ETH-market cap and this is just not possible in my opinion.
And there is always that old but still viable criticism about ripple that it is no real cryptocurrency because it is centralized.

Ripple will under no circumstances be able to rise in price to ten dollars by the end of the second quarter. Even the current surge in the price of this coin to one dollar is most likely deliberately organized, since there were no obvious reasons for such a rapid growth. And although now the price of bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency market has dropped slightly, however, the price of ripple began to decline even before this general drop. Now it is already 0.92 dollars. Therefore, I believe that soon the price of ripple will return to its usual value and will grow along with all cryptocurrencies following Bitcoin.

Indeed, the price of $10 is not possible today for several reasons, and the main one is that the trial is not yet complete. But the cost of XRP in 3-5 dollars is not something fantastic and it will take the 3 place in capitalization after ethereum, on which the coin was located before the SEC lawsuit.

It would be good for the XRP holders to see a $10 breakout but I think it is an exaggeration at this moment.  Why not expect a new ATH first then the $5 barrier?  I still think that the XRP market is being manipulated at this point.  I hope I am wrong but it looks like current chokepoint of XRP is at $1 since they failed to estabilize the price on that area.

It might had able to show some significant rise but doesnt mean that breaking it 2017 previous ATH would be that simple.So dont make your expectations that high
because it will really just frustrate you when those things wont really be happening and you are keeping on hoping and anticipating for such price level.
Imagine on what are the things happened wayback when it reached out its previous ATH? do you really believe that it would be just too simple
to break out those numbers and go to $10 price? I dont think so.

Ripple has not yet reached $ 1 and has experienced a 14% drop in the past day, but I predict that after the court ruling in favor of Ripple, we can see the price of Ripple increase to the range of $ 1.5. you can try to see the monthly chart of XRP and it already surpassed $1 a few days ago and that means the recent drop is just another correction for ripple.
There will be two scenario for ripple and it must be WIN or LOSE.

It's just the matter of time until the court will try to publish the final decision about that.

Thats an over-exerggerated price, $10 per xrp with a total supply of 100 billion is highly unrealistic if you ask me, for the issue with sec is the hanging and not yet given a final decission, whatever the outcome may be, xrp already has a questionable part which some investors would take into account while investing on this project,
i don't know what the op is basing his price prediction on but i still doubt xrp will achieve such price target withing the aforementioned time frame.

Although the XRP has seen some insane surge in prices in past few days and now trading at $1 which is good sign for it's growth but your expectations are way too high for $10 and that also in Q2 of 2021 as Q1 is about to end already so this is unrealistic approach.At current growth XRP needs 253% growth to reach its ATH of $3.40 so imagine what level of investment would it take to recah prices to $10.So let move the market in its own way and if you hold your coins be patient because in bullish trend when Bitcoin prices surges most altcoins follow the rally so it would push ripple also higher.
