Rugpull impossible?

New projects are now coming up with ideas of saying 'rugpull safe' in their projects, most especially new DeFi and NFT projects, is this even possible or we are been fooled again? Because no matter what if the team decide to rugpull it will happen and there is no security interference that can stop this from happening, what do you have to say about this?

I also think that if the project team has bad intentions and was always planning a rug pull from the start than there is no mechanism at all to prevent them from doing that. All those new projects have an audit for their code but that is only detecting possible flaws or weaknesses in the code itself of course. The only way to project your self at least a little against a project team with bad intentions is to check their profiles on linkedin or xing and if they don't have a clear history on those sites or maybe even are completely anonymous than it is probably the best to not invest in that project.

Good point  no matter how strong the code is the team are the ones that build it from scratch and if they have the mind of rugpulling it's definitely going to be easy for them to do, telling us that rugpull can't happen is a lie

I don't need a project to tell me or promise me that rugpull won't happen because I got eye to see and brain to think, telling me they won't rugpull won't still make me invest if I don't want to invest, many new projects have anonymous team and most are decentralized too but they are doing so damn well

Defi projects also can be a scam project so there is no assurance when you want to invest on a project while it is on its presale, wait for a project to be traded on the main exchanges then you may consider the project for investment.

that's BS, that's only a trick to fool the new investors. So many newcomers were not doing any research when they were trying to invest in the cryptocurrency. That means if anyone should not believe in rugpull safe.
The dev is the only party that knows whether there's a rugpull function in the smartcontract or not.

No matter how innocent could they be from the start even at the middle sometime greediness could always pull them to a certain situation that could trigger them to either do a rug pull or continue a good start since they making progress with the community and project.

I experience so many rug pull on degen and I could say the feeling is not good cause it literally rob you on broad daylight like you can't complained about it.

To simplify this and make it easy for you; only a scam project with a shit coin will add it to their document or telegram chat that they would no rug pull; now the question is why are you involved in projects with questionable characters? no product? Saying rugpull impossible will always be a red flag. Always do your own research and invest wise.

Real projects have no time to talk about rugpull, they always have this kind of vibe written on them saying if you like invest in our project and if you don't like you leave, they don't play or try to proof useless stuffs like no rugpull, OP such projects are shitcoins, the truth is any project can rugpull because it's human that created them and that's why we have to avoid breaking the rules of crypto investment, always invest only what you can afford to lose, this will safe you alot.

Another marketing trick. The scammer knows that if people have become even smarter from day to the day. They wanna make the image of the project has no chance to be rugpulled but the fact can become the opposite thing.
I hope you guys never fall into this marketing trick. Rug pull impossible is just bullshit.

They were creating the contract and they did know what they were writing on the contract. I will be feeling doubt if there's a project that was saying like that.
