Hello I am trying to recover my old wallet I dont even remember how much was on there I know it wasnt a full bitcoin or anything but there was like 50$ at the time. I tried installing bitcoin core but windows blocks it from installing on my pc it says blocked by administrator. How do I fix this or is there another way of opening this wallet?

Probably some windows defender shit. I have it all disabled from the start.
You can google it. Here's what I got after copy-pasting it in google search:

https://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/fix-an-administrator-has-blocked-you-from-running-this-app/

How to Get Rid of “An Administrator Has Blocked You from Running This App”

    Disable Windows SmartScreen.
Execute the file via Command Prompt.
Install the app using the hidden administrator account.
    Temporarily disable your antivirus program.

How to disable the Windows 10 Administrator account through the user management tool

Return to the Local Users And Groups window, and double-click the Administrator account.
Check the box for Account Is Disabled.
Click OK or Apply, and close the User Management window (Figure E).
