That's not your fault. 4chan works that way. Any thread created gets archived after 5 or 10 minutes. People share any image they want because of the full anonymity and the quick archiving system. Try using different ip for each new post. Restart your router, use VPN, or better a proxy server.

Use firefox portable. Create 10-20 folders and in each a separate firefox portable. Each individual firefox has its own cookies, its own history and its own cache. Configure VPN with different IP addresses in each firefox. I tried it on 4chan, everything works.

The 1 time I went to this site from a chain email I got and my laptop got the worse virus I ever had. 

Just watch what links you lick on this site if you dont know this already or run your virus scanner for it.

Try to reset your modem.

Before, I've used it a few times but I didn't encounter any problems with IP and logging in. If you have a VPN, maybe that's the reason why you're getting it if you ever had it.

I saw many of the old threads that still live. Also i tried to do posting while using different IP(using VPN). Whenever i did that they just blocked me sometimes temporary and some of mine fellows got permanentaly banned.

read post above, it is the site rules and admin has nothing to do with His issue because archiving is their way of clearing the site.

Sometimes it is only reading that will save you .

well it was mentioned already from couple of accounts that they are archiving the Post every several minutes.

Are you sure you are following the community guidelines? Maybe you IP Adress was associated with spamming posts. I would try again with a VPN and see if it works, if you are still getting then maybe you need to make a new account.

Yes, if he has a dynamic IP, that would reset his IP and would be allowed to log again with a new IP.
