Risk Account Detected Error on Binance. Any Solution?

I'm getting "Risk Account Detected" error on Binance while buying crypto via card. Any solution? personal verification done. Address verification also completed.

Error i'm getting is "Risk Account Detected
Sorry, you are not able to purchase crypto because you didn’t meet Binance security Terms of Use and Internal Policy."

Are you using a VPN op? and was your verification done just recently?

Also check if you're part of OFAC's sanctioned/high risk countries cause if you are, it's probably the main cause, check paxful list about it: List of Banned Countries, OFAC

Better move this to exchanges too

Looks like Binance is blocking payments from particular payment channels or banks. It'a very common problem if you check their Subreddit. If you would like to get a clear reason. I suggest you contact their support.

This Redditor had a similar problem and this is the response he got from the support;

"Dear User,

Thanks for your email, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After checking, we regret to inform you that your payment channels are not available to deposit Fiat currency into your Binance account at the moment. We may not be able to reveal any particular reason due to the decision of the bank and the payment channels.

However, if you wish to make deposits or withdrawals in Fiat currency, please consider using P2P trading.

For the reason above, the address verification is not available for your account.

We thank you for your understanding and remain at your complete disposal for any information or assistance.

If you want to continue using Binance, then I suggest you buy and sell using their p2p exchange.

I'm not using any vpn and Binance is working fine here in my country.Yes i've completed my both personal and Address verifications two days before.

Old members are using the buy crypto feature using Payoneer MasterCard and it works. In my case i'm getting "Risk Account Detected" Error.

Is there any way i can enable Buy Crypto via the MasterCard option? I'm using Payoneer for buying.. Or this restriction is for new accounts?

The problem is the Payoneer privacy policy, they prohibit dealing with cryptocurrency so they will not allow you to buy directly using Binance.

Please note that it is not possible to use the card to purchase things from such merchants as it is against our Terms of Service.

It is better for you to search for alternative cards to the Payoneer card, or to buy bitcoin by bank transfer or any other method.

There is no TOS violation on my account. As i've completed the verifications recently. Here you can check the related thread from reddit . many people are getting same issue with no reason. Support saying to use only p2p method for trading crypto. You can buy using Mastercard.

It has nothing to do with fraudulent activity. The error comes about when one tried to make deposits or buy crypto using a method prohibits any activity involving crypto such as Payoneer.

In other words, Binance was trying to block OP from falling in trouble with Payoneer if he had breached their ToS

you don't have problems with MasterCard and Binance. they are ting to protect you form Payoneer.
if Payoneer discover that you are dealing with crypto the will block your account.

Why not ask use localbitcoin to sell Payoneer cash and get paid in Bitcoin.

If binance don't accept such option then there's no way you can proceed other than use an alternative. Binance P2P is your best option since you're kyc verified already on the exchange. You can use lots of payment method available on your country.

Why don't you use some P2P websites or bitcointalk forum if you want to purchase Bitcoin with Payoneer card?
That way nobody will know that you purchased Bitcoin and you will have no risk of losing your Payoneer account or blocking your Binance exchange account.
I am not sure if Binance is accepting debit cards or only credit card for purchasing crypto but you can order their own Binance card for spending.
