Well, I suggest you buy a Copper Membership account, it is cheap and it is almost the same as a Jr. member account.

You need to wait 24 hours before bumping your topic. I'm not an account seller but you probably need to offer more money in order to entice someone to sell an account to you. 8 dollars is peanuts .

Might take the advice of buying a copper membership. Much better option vs getting neg trust when someone learns you bought whatever account.

I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm preaching philosophy, but why do you really want to buy a junior member account? All you need is to make some handful of good posts, and I'm sure someone will give you 1 merit when they see your posts, and voila, within few weeks you will have a junior member account. It's less risky (I would say 0% risky), honest, and 100% original that gives you peace of mind  just my opinion though

We don't know what's his motivation to buy one but he probably doesn't know that if he just earn one he could be Jr. member, of course that takes a month or so since he has no activity yet.

I thi k you're that persistent now to enroll on some bounty campaigns where you can enroll a Jr. member account or other bounties on social media that just accepts that rank. I don't know if you have other reason but as what iamsheikhadil mentioned just make some handful post and sooner or later you'll not getting the Jr. member rank but maybe Member rank too. We're trying to help you here, to be honest.

I can understand that some do, but I can't understand the reasons.
In my view, there is no valid reason why anyone would want to skip the natural ranking process at the forum. Unless they want to misrepresent themselves in order to deceive the community and possibly engage in scam or cheating.

Jr. Member rank isn't all that difficult to achieve, so I'm not sure what motivates people to take the risk of buying user accounts when the community discourages such actions.

How about this: instead of buying a spam-account, make some decent posts. If I see one I'll probably drop anywhere from 1 to 6 Merit on it. Jr. Member is really not that difficult to reach.
