The indicator of mass adoption is, for example, the announcement of the owner of airbnb about the beginning of the adoption of cryptocurrencies as payment for rent, and this is not particularly significant news, but still has a positive effect on the crypto market as a whole.
These is good that adoption is really happening, there are many ways to use it now and to get access of it, however at these time that price of BTC is rising and is too volatile. I will intend to just invest my money or keep it still as crypto investment than using it, when the price seems too be much more stable in the future and adoption becomes more bigger many industries will use and implement it like a fiat that's the only time to spend it.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Money ... it is also money and it is considerable Smiley. It does not surprise me. Soon, a very large number of services will allow you to pay with bitcoin. This is good news for us because we will not lose money on sales Smiley.

Wow, that is a real dream come true, I wish this practice was much popular around the world. As a tenant, who actively uses crypto and, therefore, holds most of the savings in crypto each time I have to pay the rent I lose at least around $50 on fees+exchange rate+money transfer through the card to the owner. That's crazy because it's like 1/5 of the total pay rent.
But I think for this to become a regular practice we need like 5 years at least.

The more often and more large companies invest in bitcoin, the more Bitcoin will be considered a reliable asset and the more it will attract the attention of even ordinary people. In any case, the government will not be able to change this trend in any way, and it is quite logical that in the future we will even have the opportunity to pay for utilities in bitcoins.

In recent times so many exciting events/news have been happening with bitcoin,  we have seen how bitcoin have gain institutional adoption with Tesla taking the lead and the installation of bitcoin ATMs for easy access to the digital global currency BTC.
The latest is a real estate firm optioning for tenants to pay rent using bitcoin.
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/07/rick-carusos-company-to-begin-accepting-rent-payments-in-bitcoin.html?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_content=Crypto&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1617831770
This indeed are great indications of bitcoin mainstream adoption/usage.

We could expect a lot more adaptation that is going to happen in the cryptocurrency, But I might just do this if bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is already popular in my country.

I'm planning to invest in some apartments so that I could earn a passive income and I think cryptocurrency as a payment option is a good thing and at the same time I'm investing in their payment.

The only problem is some people here in my country are still not aware of online things or bitcoin, a big percentage are still more into fiat money I guess because people don't trust online money yet here.

I will encourage everyone who is in business to allow Bitcoin as mode of payment. Just like what Tesla did. They are now accepting Bitcoin as payment. Its good to accept Bitcoin now as payment as this is a good investment. Price do increase over time.

More people pay attention to Bitcoin and want to own Bitcoin. Accepting Bitcoin instead of cash or FIAT is also a good way to earn passive income with Bitcoin. The landlord does not have to spend effort to buy Bitcoin and withdraw to his wallet.I believe that the people in the area where he lives will have a good perception of Bitcoin.

I would still pay my rent if I was a tenant with fiat because fiat has a fixed price and I don't think that it is a good idea because the landlord is the one that is going to benefit from all of this in the long term, remember that bitcoin grows overtime so your 1 month rent could be 12 months rent in no time.

people have realized that the importance of bitcoin is not impossible. Many people have accepted bitcoin as a profit exchange. Receive bitcoin more profit than receiving fiat exchange. Maybe in the future bitcoin is more in demand by many people.

For me it is okay to use bitcoin to pay rent because the higher the price of bitcoin, the lower volume it gives. Yes, it has high value and tend to hike even more but also it will drop in time. It is best to use bitcoin like fiat as it is more safe and fast transactions. Time will come where employees going to receive crypto as salary either. Using bitcoin make the demand for it to get higher value.

Owning a commercial building one day is one of my long-term goals. It's a great passive income source, especially from the tenants who are going to pay rent on a monthly basis. Imagine if that long-term goal of mine became a reality, I would not hesitate to accept Bitcoin as payment method for my tenants (since Philippines is a crypto-friendly country and has no problem with Bitcoin being accepted as mode of payment).

Well, this i won't pay instead exchange my coins to fiat to pay for my rent. Imagine when the price of bitcoin went like it is right now and the house owners want their rent immediately or quit, who do you think will loss at this junction, if i pay through bitcoin?. Though, i see many regrets if anything as such happen when there's not yet global adoption of digital currencies, so, until there are provisions that will help minimize the transaction fees then things will be better.

the advantages of bitcoin are now starting to clear, bitcoin can be useful for a business. we see today the real estate business is one of the businesses that often uses bitcoin, but maybe in the future bitcoin will be more widely used to develop business. So I think this is a very significant advance in bitcoin

With the rapid development of bitcoin popularity, of course nowadays many large companies have started to adopt bitcoin because they strongly believe that accepting bitcoin payment methods can make it easier for companies to make transactions, especially in times of a pandemic like this, of course this is the right choice for them.

It's just a reference and option for those tenants that wants to pay bitcoin. That's a good adoption honestly and other rental properties and services can adopt it as their choice to make the usage wider.
You're not forced to do so if you're ever going to be in an apartment that allows you to pay bitcoin, it's just a choice.

This is another good move for bitcoin to be known as a digital currency that people can use to pay their rent.

Nowadays many people are seeing btc as an investment and taking advantage the unstable price which is totally fine. However because of this some of us forget the purpose why it was made by the creator.

Nevertheless paying rent using bitcoin is another adoption to gain popularity and can increase the users. I think the problem is the fees that the renter will shoulder since its not cheap currently.

That is a smart move by landlords to start accepting bitcoin. They don't have to put any of their own money to acquire it and they will probably make a nice profit from this. They can use what they earn to buy new properties and make even more bitcoin.

A $20 fee is not that much compared to what people pay in rent in the United States. The fees are also not that high all the time. You could also probably pay for multiple months in advance and that way you just pay one fee.

It happens with every innovation when it's new, it takes time before they're accepted with mass adoption. Bitcoin is being used to purchase cars, commodities, real estate and even to settle home utility bills. It's acceptance is growing and that's going to benefit all of us.

This indeed are great indications of bitcoin mainstream adoption/usage.
