I think it will be a big rival of ETH and might soon replace ETH in the rank 2 spot.

As long as binance create more oppertunity for BNB hodlers, it'll continue the bullish rally and it can be the best rival of ETH. Also, sooner or later BNB will get into rank two if it's continued the bullish rally and eth get more correction with small bounce back.

What do you think are the reasons for this pump?

BNB increased a lot whenever it's going to do an IEO for new projects as participants need to stake bnb in order to get allocation. Also, yield farming is introduced by binance through launchpool where most of the allocation goes for the BNB staking. So, BNB started its bullish rally when TKO IEO was started and there will be a quarterly burn event in the upcoming months which help BNB to maintain the bullish rally to target for $750 or even $1000, IMO.

I am sure that at this level BNB will not linger, a year ago I could not imagine the price of $ 200 and today it is already $ 500 so there is no limit to this coin, we are waiting for new ATH.

I would not believe that a week before the rally started, i was converting some coins and was withdrawing coins through Binance because of the lower fees and i had around 50 BNB and the price was well below $15 and now it is around $500 is mind boggling and if was patient enough to hold a week longer i would have benefited from the rally but unfortunately i was not thinking about it when i sold  .

I don't want to add exchange coins to the altcoin portfolio and it is not going to hit $1k hit per BNB soon. Maybe in 1 year, the price target looks reasonable but for the short term I dunno it will happen IMHO. Btw, missed the latest rally on BNB while the price was below $300 and I still regret not investing it. $500 is big jump considering the price was below $200 price stage few weeks ago, now it can climb up to $700 if the market circumstances let the altcoins for new rally.

We do always have regret when i do look BNB was still below $200- price which i have thought that it was already the peak but as usual where im wrong again with that presumption.
BNB hitting $500 is a great thing for those who had able to buy when its still cheap but i dont see for it to reach $1000 that fast.Its not bad to be optimistic but dont
anticipate much because it would just frustrate you and same as yours im not really holding that much for some exchange tokens.

When people are seeing BNB from the fundamental and they will know why BNB can reach such rate.
There are lots of reason and CZ is a businessman guy and he knows what should be added to be the utility usage for binance coin.

Burn, launch pad, launch pool, discount fees, and many more features were making binance coin goes to the moon now. 1k is a real thing soon.

Today is the day, finally BNB can hit the peak, as per today BNB's price already hit $500+, to be exact $519.44.
this is a really great achievement from BNB, i think the main reason is because everyone invested their money in Binance Exchange, not only that, the hype is still going on and so many people bought BNB and hold if for a quite long time, because i still remember i bought my first BNB when the price is still $216. what a great development from Binance Team.

Most likely bnb will hit $1000 before year end, and as for being an 'eth killer' i don't think so, i believe this ecosystem is big enough for both binancesmartchain, ethereum, polkadot, cardano, tronix or any other network to strive successfully, it is about finding the best service that suit your needs as a developer or as a firm, institution or what have you,
It is always good to have a competitive market, this way there won't be monoply of any particular project, with so many network to choose from, it is upto the owners to work hard to make their network stand out and attract more users.

And now, BNB reaches $604 and continues to rise. BSC gets a good place for many projects based on ethereum, and I think it can be a good choice for them to use BSC because they can reduce the fees. BNB will have a big potential to reach $1k soon and maybe that can happen this month or next month because BSC already solves the transaction fees for many projects. Besides that, this month, BNB will be burning and it will reduce the supply if I am not mistaken, so that can make the price increase more than now.

It's obvious, next target will be 600, then 700, 800, 1000 and 2000. Until it reaches and passes ETH there will be bigger price targets. We just don't know when.
Nobody want to pay ridiculous amount of fees anymore. You can do 200 transactions in BSC or 1 transaction in ETH, choose wisely.

BNB passed 600$ and made new ATH at 638$.

Some people took profit and its long term trend is still going on. I wonder if it reaches ETH marketcap before burn, there is still plenty of time this month.

Before talking about the BNB you should note that it's a native coin of the Binance exchange. There is the use of BNB like pay trading fees, pay the listing fee and buy Launchpad which is leading to bumping prices. Binance always will try to manipulate the BNB price, because they are one of the reputed exchanges in the crypto world. Binance wouldn't see dump their native coins.

BNB has actually grown in price now not because of their utility for trading fees and listing and what not but because it is the gas needed to pay for transactions on Binance Smart Chain. This is the same way ETH is used for Defi and Dapps, now BNB is doing the same for all those projects and dapps on BSC like pancakeswap.

I am sure BNB will continue to look for a peak. Lately millennials have started talking a lot about trading and Binance has really caught the attention of crypto newcomers, oftentimes BNB and BSC are trending topics in my locale.
I think even newcomers will not be wrong if they invest in BNB by seeing good fundamentals and potential.

It's just Binance that's behind BNB really eager to make the value of this coin going up. All those efforts including burning coin, launchpad crowdfunding using BNB, all the while developing an alternative blockchain to ETH called BSC now it's just getting more and more popular it's just obvious why it gets pumped again and again. Many people also think it deserve the value of $1000, there are BNB fanatics aswell but if you ask me the main cause of pump maybe I'd say it's because the launchpad crowdfunding that uses BNB like a lot, also there's staking etc.

The only thing that holding it back though, the fact that it's centralized, it could go south like anytime.

The centralized in nature of the BNB is not holding its surges in price or support back because 95% of all cryptocurrency investors are after profit and the last time I check BNB was leading the exchange token market. However, it free coin benefit involved in holding BNB. Though the coin have reached the $500 price range said by the OP but I still believe the $1000 price is still impossible in this current bullish market and if it happens there will be some price correction.

Currently, the price of binance is $580 and it hit $640 a couple hours ago. Binance is truly a rival to Ethereum, and it can easily replace Ethereum within a few years, or even a few months. The reason is that they have better product with support from various social media and CEO. For example, the binance pool contains a lot of options for people to hold and stake their coins for a safer investment.
