The only trouble here is the greatest one Bro; you are an unknown person who tries to convince others about his credibility to rent houses without any single proof.
I suggest you to provide more guarantees in what you're about to offer and the most important thing is to accept using a reputable escrow provider here in the forum so users can easily trust you (at a certain level) .

You could probably have more success if you put an Airbnb in your apartment and put some payment options that include cryptocurrency. You also don't have a picture of the apartment for the people to check out whether it is worth renting it out.

I understand if you've just recently joined this community, but since you've never posted in the local Croatian community, it's difficult to say whether your offer is genuine or not. Don't take this the wrong way; the crypt community is filled with various attempts of fraud, so we're telling you this in your best interest.

At the very least, I recommend that you introduce yourself to the local community. You may also contact some of the respected members and provide details and guarantees in private communication. If all checks out, I'm sure many members will be able to assist you and vouch for you.

Could you tell me more details? What are the prices? What types of accommodations? Are they close to the beaches? This is very important to me. My husband and I were able to save well this year and cover all of our expenses, including the mortgage. Now we are looking for a way to celebrate

As some users suggested above have you tried posting your ad on Airbnb or smiliar websites ? your odds of finding potential clients is way higher there, although you will have to provide all the necessary documents.
