If you want to state some issue that you had with freebitco.in you should open a thread over at Scam Accusations and provide every bit of evidence that you have in order to have a strong case in this accusation since, as it stands, one doesn't have any kind of information of what might have happened in your case.

Sorry, no offense, but I think it is not the right place to look for a lawyer. You are in the wrong place to make this announcement. Also, it looks a bit strange, how can you get a quality lawyer in this way. Instead, you may get a scammer lawyer then.  

By the way, what are the proofs?
You cannot judge Freebitco did a mistake without valid proof. We can accuse you of spreading a Hoax or FUDs. It is a serious accusation!!

After checking your account profile and reading your post history, I can conclude that you created this account just to complain or target Freebitco for a certain purpose. Why don't you use your real account, mate? It doesn't make sense if you only have this account. You must deposit after you know well Freebitco, and you create this account to complain about this problem.

It's better to search for lawyers that are knowledgeable in the crypto space and I'm not sure if there are members who are lawyers in here but it's better to search for them and contact them directly instead of posting here in the forum. That would be subject to your position as well, knowing the reputation of freebitco.in here in the forum, it's highly unlikely they would close your account without any valid reason at all.

It looks like you deposited a big amount, lawyers are expensive but before hiring or looking for a lawyer, you should create accusations in the scam section post all your proves and screenshots of funds you deposited, this is to warn others and to make them go to the topic and defend themselves if they ignore the topic or the accusation your accusations will stand and if you want to proceed to hire a lawyer then go if you can manage, but be sure that you can keep up because it's expensive to file a case but it's worth it, as you are helping people to get rid of scammers.

Freebitco.in will not be able to destroy their reputation just because of the amount of 0.0017 BTC. That will not happen to your account if you have not violated their ToS. That is why I am no longer able to share it with my family, relatives, friends, or other acquaintances that we may connect to the same network or IP address. Because I really avoid having a multi-account issue especially if I'm just chasing free sats from referrals.

Really? Op is looking for a lawyer for a $100 frozen amount? Im sorry OP but you may cost more than $1k if you want to hire lawyer especially if knowledgeable in crypto space and the knowledge and skills of every lawyer only depends on their region you have to hire an international lawyer for this and can cost you a lot.

Plus, you would probably need to find their jurisdiction or some sort of courts where to do case on them. Might even share how much they scammed you of? Probably discuss in their thread and contact support of them. Hopefully it will be settled for you and praying for a positive outcome.

He's already been answered in 3 threads. His biggest problem is that a lawyer isn't going to recommend he turns himself in for attempted fraud.

It's not a competitor. After wasting the 3 ranked forum accounts he had used to scam free giveaways here he signed up another newbie account and is pretending to be the owner of another one of the bot accounts he was using to steal from us.

He would spend more in lawyer fees then what he would be trying to sue the company for. Regardless, after reading the scam accusation thread I believe he would lose the case and be out a couple grand in legal fees.

My question is whether the OP can afford to pay a lawyer just to solve the problem of minor losses, except for very large losses.
so it's best to ignore it because the reasons are not detailed, and if serious the OP will provide accurate and detailed evidence, and besides that if he is serious about hiring a lawyer, he will definitely include some fees to be paid.

You also admitted, and because you use an auto-clicker that as far as I know it is also forbidden.  It's no different from a bot because if you use a script, it's still cheating.  So you deserve what happened to your account.
