Binance Chain is great however the major issue is that its centralized. I think if there was a way to make it decentralized that many people would start using it.

Very few people get to that point of choosing a coin based on it being centralized or decentralized because we still return access to our funds via a private key. And the fact that fees are more forgiving than what eth gives us we could see people changing sides sooner or later.

fees for ETH were just pure crazy. Its nuts paying $10 for an ETH transaction or $25 for an ERC20 transaction or almost $100 for a DeFI transaction, hence why BSC started to gain network usage.

That's why we need the competition from other blockchains to avoid that monopoly of one coin to rule them all, good job BSC.

I like the competition argument, that's a good point. Putting pressure on ETH developers is important to make them work harder, faster and goal oriented. Although it was quite obvious that there will be ETH competitors. There were a few in the past already, but I believe that BSC might be the strongest with the deepest pockets.

BSC also benefits from the reputation Binance has already built with its cryptocurrency exchange.

The current era of BSC is booming with them selling low fees from ETH, the strategy is proven to work and many people turn to BSC. but other statements arise whether until in the future BSC will continue to apply low fees or raise prices like ETH? Well said, and this difference will remain for a long time is my guess. Nobody will forget about ETH, rest assured. ETH is so strong and has so many high profile investors, it's going nowhere but will stay at the top.

Exactly, the nodes that are run by public could guarantee the real decentralization and it won't fall under the authority of a company but BSC, I even doubt this blockchain that is actually made from ETH's blockchain but being centralized could hold on for long.
as far as I know the current hype revolving around BSC mainly caused by Binance's userbase that are so wide it reached global scale not to mention its children companies that are many. BSC without that not gonna be as popular as it is right now. Basically, for a long term there's a huge uncertainty for us in using the BSC as a developer who develops Dapps meanwhile with ETH the blockchain gonna lasts forever.

Ethereum Era has ended, now we are moving to Binance ERA. See BNB, VENUS, PANCAKE coin and other project on BSC chain, we are going to reach new ATH everyday.

You can't make 5-10x from your investment on ETH project now,  while you still can make that if you invested on BSC project.

That's exactly what's going on, many people mistaking Ethereum's dominance in this space as huge. It can be said that ETH is not the best product, but it has always been well-received and appreciated as the leading platform of the market. And if the next time the ETH updates fix the above problems, I completely trust ETH, people will come back to praise it.

Yes, the things people analyze and make their own personal arguments I think is not wrong. However, like you in general, we are only familiar with the old platforms, and if they overcome the limitations that are holding the current development, I think it will surely receive everyone's support.

Yeah agree mate. Not because binance is really making noise in crypto market right now, it doesn't mean that binance will also reached that position where the eth right now. Yes many people are getting into binance because of its features but eth will remain on its throne. They are both great but the distance between the two networks are quite far away.

It is indeed not easy to do a habit that has been done for a long time with ethereum, obviously it is not as easy as turning your palm and it just happens. It takes a very long process even though Binance may continue to provide renewable innovations. All this because of the high cost resulted in everyone also looking for alternatives and someone trying to set up. there is nothing wrong with it let the market decide what to do next.

for now the BSC era is experiencing a significant increase, but believe me ETH will not be easy to beat with ETH, and ETH will have a value. so I think BSC or ETH will still have great potential to be used as an investment. this is not the era of BSC or ETH, this is the era of crypto

People do not need to be carried away with the success of BSC chain, it has dome well in it short life cycle but we saw what is in store for the chain in future if there is no serious improvement on the chain, Pancake experience some issue recently as a result of BSC and I believe most these projects on BSC will die or become irrelevant when Bear market kicks in

It must be admitted that Binance's popularity is increasing since Ethereum gas fees are very high and Binance provides a solution by creating a BSC.
So starting to switch Ethereum users to using BSC, but the problem is Ethereum has a very large and loyal community. And even Ethereum users still
have confidence that gas fees will decrease. So it's too early to actually say the Ethereum era will end and be replaced by the Binance era. Moreover,
we should not underestimate Ethereum which has been in the crypto industry for a long time,  so they must have more experience to be able to
compete against Binance. We'll see if it is true that Binance can beat Ethereum

Can't deny that Binance was now a popular blockchain mostly used by the new rising projects and ICO. And I believe that one of the reason why Binance Smart Chain was now widely used as blockchain was because of the affordability of BSC compare to ERC. However, having ETH as a blockchain was still worth it and valuable but due to high gas fee of ETH that is why the rising of Binance Era increasing as it is expected.

Current situation with Ethereum fees has improved. If few months ago, 100+ gwei was considered as normal, last days ethereum transaction fees were around 50-70 gwei. Dont know what is a reason of such reduction, but hope that this was caused by Berlin release.

Anyway, BSC users mostly use or projects migrate from ETH to BSC blockchain due to lower fees. Now as fees are tend to lower, another outflow from BSC will happen. I'm not predicting that Binance era wont start, but Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum blockchain will go toe to toe now.

Project developers have started to notice the signs of the rise of the BSC, and most of them have switched to use the BSC platform. This is a huge threat to the Ethereum smart contract, if BSC adoption is more developed than Ethereum, then as you have said the Ethereum Era has ended.
Now BSC has received full support from the developer, moreover the cost is of sending BSC is cheaper than the Ethereum platform, Low fees will be a very strong attraction for developer and they will try to steal the attention of Binance, so that their coins can be listed on binance.

the transaction fees of ETH is too high to handle that we find alternatives to a much cheaper cost. Its quite hard to determine how ETH will resolve the issue that shifts their supporters into different coins and platforms. I prefer using more of BSC now and XRP in doing transactions to avoid high fees. Maybe if Eth 2.0 willl be developed thats the time ut can regain its investors trust back.

We cant deny that BSC is really getting some serious attention now but still ETH couldnt really just those things to happen for it to be overtaken with other altcoin in the market.

Consider that DeFi's are still on trend now which would really be fuelling up when it comes to liquidity or total volume thats why its really hard to beat it up with that easily.

How much more if they do manage to suppress the current erc20 fees once again just like the old days?
