Binance offers a P2P platform that allows you to buy using NGN but they don't have Paypal as payment method. There are other options available like Alipay. Visit their site https://p2p.binance.com/en/trade/buy/BTC to find out which one works for you.

You can also sell the BTC you bought for Euro on the same platform.

Why in earth would someone use fiat to buy bitcoin just to convert it to another fiat? It does not make any sense to me if you wish to pay a client in euro them you do not need bitcoin to do so if your clients not crypto inclined, just open your PayPal, fund it and make your transactions.

If your account is restricted from buying crypto then you need a site that offers p2p; Remitano and Binance is a perfect place for you.

I think the most popular platform to buy and sell crypto for those from Nigeria and Ghana is Binance p2p. I just checked through my account and there are lots of traders from both Countries buying and selling.

For Nigeria; the most common form of payment seems to be Bank Transfer. Even if your bank prohibits you to buy crypto, you can just transfer the money to any other trader in the platform in exchange for crypto and your bank will never know that you bought crypto. One of the most common warnings by traders is that you should not Include anything crypto related as Reference or reason for Transfer

For Ghana: On top of Bank transfer, there are other Options such as MoMo, Vodafone cash, Perfect money.

Since OP didn't say, I'm thinking he's trying to get euro from something aside from crypto and is using BTC as a means to get access to EUR since it can be bought via P2P.

OP, I'd like to add that you shouldn't use PayPal as a payment method for P2P trades since PayPal payments can be easily reversed.  I know p2p trader on binance that lost quite a handful amount of money due to the fact that PayPal reversed most, if not all of the transactions he made and couldn't get the funds back until after 6 months wait time.

Maybe OP should come out with more visible reasons and explanation if he needs help, he sounds like someone who does not need bitcoin, he just needed to convert his local fiat to EUR and if that is the case why not use Netteller or skrill. I'll wait for OP details

The answer is pretty simple
im European and i work ghana, Nigeria, and sometimes other African places.
my wage is payed both in naira, cedi and euro

i would like to invest in bitcoin using African currency but, when will be the time to collect, i want to collect in euro

i don't want to use the bitcoin just to transfer the money but, when i sell (maybe in 1 week, 1 month or 1 year) i want to be able to collect in euro.
