How to sell btc and recive payment thru phonepe

First, what form of payments are you expecting from the buyer. if it is a fiat payment then you have to set your bank account on the exchange you used to sell your bitcoin, so the buyer can send the payment to your bank account.

AFAIK Phonepe is a UPI payment for Indian (INR), so if you want to receive via Phonepe you need to gave your recepient UPI ID to the buyer.
If you haven't it, you need to create your UPI ID first from your bank account.

Daily limit of using UPI payment on paxful is 100.000.00 INR.

In Paxful and LBC, the advertisers have their own terms of the trade as well so before requesting the trade make sure you read their terms and most of the traders give information about what they want to make payment in the terms box itself so just follow it is enough to get your payments.

Particularly about Phonepe you just need to give your Phonenumber which is linked with your bank account or just UPI ID as others mentioned above.

I believe it could be one of the below reasons

This is more likely the reason why op's sell order is not happening. Op should provide his UID for the payment to be sent when someone did buy on the op's offer of selling btc. In Paxful, when you want to selk you have to choose what you want to use when your btc is sold and receive the payment which phonepe is also supported.
