Didn't know Elder/Flowers were asked to come in on just on three days notice.
Maybe they didn't have enough fighters on the card so they needed this one bout to fill it out more to make the alotted time within their contractual admittance to the networks.

The Ball Arena even is just under way and it should be a sizzler in the middle of summer.

They were talking about booking unranked fighters Elder and Flowers on reddit.com/r/MMA and how UFC decided to add them on very short notice.  Flowers is all just showboating but tapped when triangled. The Prelim fights have more finished fights than the main card but the FN is Silva vs Dobber where Dobber got the eyebrow cut because of the elbow.

It was said Denver is the adoptive city of Rose Namajunas in the interview after the fight. Which makes sense I guess that it was her being the replacement for Maycee Barbers.

No doubt Tracy Cortez can go 5-5. Her cardio is strong.

She took too long pacing. She knows it and she admitted it. Maybe she thought it was going to be a long fight and that is why she never went too aggressive. While pacing you must also let the opponent know that you are there. She also said she wanted to be back, and that she wouldn't take too long to rest.
The talent is there and I think she just didn't manage the time perfectly. Also, Namajunas is dominating her on takedown attempts, and that cannot happen the next time they meet or even for other opponents.
Now, that ended her long winning streak.

Believe it was Tracy Cortez who replaced Maycee Barber due to her pulling out of the main event fight with Rose Namajunas:

Interesting post fight conference with Thug Rose with her take on Cortez stepping up to take her on in replacement for a main event which was not in her favor at all due to fight camp being on short notice.
"I was very happy with her stepping up and admire her as a god fearing woman and if she continues walking in that path she can really excel and transform her life."

It was funny when she was explaining how Cortez was wearing fake eyelashes and if you rewatch that knockout, she actually punched one of them off her eye.
Also how on the scale at the weigh-ins Tracy's camp told her to breath out air so to make weight. Which Rose found that sounded weird aswell.

What are the prospects for the next card? I confess that I don't know many fighters and I tuned out of this last card because I didn't see anything interesting. Any fight that deserves special attention on this next card?
