1. I cannot see the feedback from their past customers if they had it already.

Yes, that's how it works, unfortunately, they haven't established their names in the gambling industry, no feedbacks whatsoever so who wouldn't trust a services like that? Besides, for sure this will involved big money (BTC), and casino owners will rather stick to the old and reliable service provider (no offense to the OP).

Maybe they can offer some sort of discount and cheap as compare to other services, but as the saying goes, "you get what you paid for".

I look at the about page and here it what it states:

Just look at the bolded number and it looks like this isn't the same as per their website information, please take a look at it below as well. They say they are here way back 2012 yet they just registered past 2019 for the .pro domain and 2015 for the .com domain, I don't know if this is accurate or I am just missing something but it would be good for them to explain it here.

It is better that we should be cautious about a site claiming that they already running since whatever year they claim. There might be a situation where the previous site is gone and they made a new one but still I am worried about myself if ever I use their service to start my own casino. Now I found the catch of using their service which the site is clearly not created on 2012. OP haven't come back yet so I think we won't get answers soon.

Yes, it's their business or what we call solutions providers that specialize in casino making. But no, they won't be part of the casino, they will make it for you and that's what the business works for them.

^ Alright, I just hope that the firm is already duly registered in SEC and IRS before offering the services. Their chosen business is too strict and tight.
Also, after that, this firm can gain trust at least. Feedback has to be made by previous clients and you guys less likely to catch clients in this forum. The Gambling industry is a big one, it requires a lot of finance, not just that, the license being secured requirements vary per country. Yes but this is a lazy way to go about this, it seems thy are trying to cater to someone that has a lot of money but almost no expertise when it comes to trying to create their own casino, and this is simply a recipe for disaster, you need to have a deep knowledge about an industry to become successful, as we know the casino industry has gained popularity due to the pandemic and this has created and even more bitter competition and someone with a lot of money but with almost no knowledge of the market has no change to make it in 2021.

This is a classic way to seem to be more trustable than what they are, personally I do not have any problem with a new company trying to make a name for themselves but when they seem to lie about their experience or the time they have been in the market then I cannot help to wonder in what else are they actually lying, as if they are willing to present conflicting information about how long they have been in the market then the people behind this are probably willing to lie about anything.

If that was the case this will be incredibly easy to demonstrate as they could point out to their previous website and prove that they are who they say they are, but in any case even if that was the case this is still a bad idea, making a successful casino is difficult and you cannot really rely on someone else to do this job for you, common sense indicates that those people would have made their own successful casino with that software if they could but since they did not then they do not really have a way to help you to make your casino successful.
