He sent me the file and confirmed it.

He said the price was expensive because only a few people had it.

300 euros.

He said he would install it if he deposited 0.00546000 btc.

So I made a deposit.

He pretended to install it after connecting it with a team viewer.

Then he asked me for money.

he told me to deposit 0.00221242btc more.

I paid more because I thought I would install it because I received the tool file.

However, after receiving the money, he began to postpone it, saying, "I can't do it now."

The reason for the delay was that the computer was not accessible due to a power outage.

You might want to provide some evidence ^{[e.g. Tx links]} to back up those claims.
I'd suggest providing more proof ^{[e.g. screenshots and etc...]} and also update this thread using the following "Scam Report Format".

@vigorish, I assume you approached him first. How did you find user Antonio_Arroyo, I mean you knew that he was looking to sell those stuffs?

I misunderstood the content of selling the link above and I approached it first.

He said he had a Netflix tool, so I bought it.

The first transaction was traded without any problems.

So I think I believed in him more.

Considering how gullible OP is when the scammer gave him/her a fake proof that the scammer is a legitimate one, I am sure OP is inexperienced with dealing online and identifying niche scams. Sorry for your loss OP, I want to say that there is a way to recover your funds but there isn't any way to recover that, be careful OP because you can be a target of bitcoin recovery scams in this forum so you better watch out.

Sad story. The fact that the scammer's posts are locked means he's suspicious and likely to scam if you deal with him. Never ever deal with less trusted members here minus using an escrow service. Scammers have a way of making you trust them then eventually scamming you when you list suspect.
