I hope you got the issue resolved, lucky you got these streek on bacarat, blackjack and other live games so there is no chance for abuse or cheat.

I also want to put my 2 cents on CHIPS too, 1-2 weeks ago I make some mistake sending to different chain deposit 265$ BUSD with ETH chain into BSC address. I just forget to change into BSC address because of that I deposit BSC address to ETH chain. Contacting the support is really hard, I also decide to contact @Magalon and no response for him as well. Suddenly while contacting the support again, they finally respond they said can't do it to recovery the fund.

I also understand this, but due to BSC addresses with ETH addresses have similar codes you can access both of them with same private key according to Binance academy. I do a favor to them recovery the fund on their side since this mistake not sending from BEP-2, they said can't do it even for active user who already deposit a thousand dollar.

Because of that, with a few reasons:
- Magalon not responding to my pm
- Team late response and not responsive
- Finally, after they respond. They said can't do that or even at least try first to recover some fund for active users and just let it go even the fund can be recovery.

With these several reason how the support responded, I chat to them decide to leave the site and move to other casinos like Stake right now, not coming back again and just let it go about my 265$. Here some of the screenshot of my chat with them:

Good luck with your case buddy hope you got all of your money, KYC could be for taking some time for them to prepare the fund because almost all of their vault in the minus situation.

if its for preparing the funds they would have said a date , i literally was given no date.

according to many people Magalon   is fair person , i am not sure why he is rude to me , when i called him bro normally , he said am not ur bro just customer i kinda felt rude ,
anyway  Magalon also blocked me in telegram , and his admin , and muted me in chips.gg in telegram group...
i was told by Eddie  to wait patientt, chips.gg is new site they need to develop relation with vvips like me in multiple sites yet this kyc is taking so long
i think its matter of Magalon   fairness and chips.gg  

Do you see my chat with him? well, he doesn't even respond to my chats. IMO, blocked and mutes as long you chatting polite without any saying bad word as part of customer service blocked and muted you is not the right things.

But, If you chats to them with a bad word then I can agree they has some right to block or muted you.

i never abused him even single word yet i treat him with respect since according to many he is fair person , i dont want to step into wrong side so i want to give 2 days before positing everything...so just waiting kyc which usually takes 1~2 days for every crypto casino

First of all sorry to hear your inconvenience issue at chips.gg.
Coming up to the KYC, based on what I can see on their FAQ page, KYC may take up to 7days.
Hopefully they'll work on it faster so you'll get your money faster.
Reading through your story, I wonder what is the reason from Magalon to mute you on telegram?
If you did not say something bad then he should not mute you as he has no reasons for it.
Hope to see someone from Chips especially Magalon to come here in this thread and clarify about it.
