I thought of it too but if that's their allocation, users have no choice but to accept the risks. One thing that can be considered if the rates won't be changed is to lower the minimum post requirement to be paid. For Legendary ranks, the sure payment they will receive is only $20 per week for 25 posts which are far from the average rate. For member ranks, they will only receive a $6 fixed rate per week for 25 posts which is I think not worth it.

The worth of 80% token payment will only be known once it will gain liquidity on the market. Reading the project's roadmap, this year will be in full marketing, and no mention of exchange listing this year so users have to wait and just hold that token. I'm not sure but that was based on the site as I didn't check yet the whitepaper. I see the project is good but as always, need everyone's patience before it will be seen as a success.

As you can see that Royse has posted this Signature Campaign in bounty section so he or the team is not bound to send the  100% payments in bitcoins. They are still giving 20% in bitcoin which is a bonus and shows the commitment of the team towards their project success. People who work in bounty section understand the risks involved in bounties paid in native token and believe me the rewards are also higher.
