Freewallet.org ist scammer! doesn't give my Dogecoins!

Hello,

I am new in this forum to report a scammer wallet: Freewallet is biggest scammer with good customer service to cheat more people.

I used Freewallet APPS. and I was thinking it is DEFI wallet. But it wasn't.
But it was still annonym account.

I have a lot of Dogecoins on Doge Wallet.

They requested documents, I sent them already, they asked again, I sent exactly all proofs for verification.

But they still dont verify my account and they dont let me withdraw my dogecoins.

As I see that Freewallet biggest Spam.

I am trying to do everything. They also blocked my on Twitter.

What can I do against them ?

Stay away from FreeWallet.

And I am open new ideas, what I can do against it to get my dogecoins.

Freewallet has a way to victimize newbies because they know that these newbies are not going to do research they will just accept what they are being promised 1 out of 100 newbies will just use whatever is recommended without doing research, this is not going to be the last, so if you have a friend who wants to invest in Cryptocurrency be sure to educate what wallets are worthy to use and what is not.

That's good... in the future I recommend not using them of course. Keep reading about problem after problem with Freewallet. Requiring ID for a wallet service is ridiculous. It's like every time you wanted to reach into your physical wallet to buy a soda or something, you had to send your personal documents to a bunch of strangers.

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones.  I think they released Elon Musk's funds pretty darn quick when he tweeted about them, you're in pretty darn good company. 

I'd like to think that posting on bitcointalk.org got you the result you were looking for, but that would be presumptive of me.  I'm glad it worked out.

I really wonder what's going on with this outfit.  If they were a legitimate exchange they would be making a mint the honest way.  Is it a ponzi?  Have they squandered so much of their clients' funds that they have to scramble to compensate those who squawk the loudest?

Given the plethora of KYC dox they request it can't possibly take weeks (or months in some cases,) to confirm someone's identity.  Not to mention the deception of pretending they don't require KYC until they decide your account balance is "suspicious."
