Yes, I feel it coming very close, but in recent days the market has not been as expected. However, I am still very optimistic and believe that it will soon recover and rebound, when we will see a real altcoin season.

What more do you want? The Bitcoin dominance has fallen from 71% to 51% in the last few months, which eerily resembles what happened in 2017. But then don't forget what happened after that, in 2018. When the correction came, the Bitcoin prices fell by 85%. Compared to that the altcoins lost even more, with many of them going down by 98% or 99%. So it won't be a bad idea to do some profit booking, if you are already in good profit.

I'm still expecting the alt season at the end of this month. however, the current downturn in bitcoin's price has seen some altcoins decline after rising high at the start of the month. however, now it is almost the end of April, and almost entering the month of May. well, this might be a chance to own a few more altcoins before they really pump up again.

You should not be afraid of Bear market. If you are into trading then the "shorts" should bring some nice gains too. Even in Bull market there are "short" ALTS.

I agree with you because when you really learn how to trade as in both way, spot and futures trading, you wouldn't worry so much about where the market trend is going be it upward or downward and I believe this is a better way to trade if you really intend to trade. I have taken some of my time to continue to learn futures trading and am gently getting my trades tight in there too so where ever the market turns, its all good for Alts of Bitcoin.

Alt season is thriving so much this month. I am missing out for reals. Been trading all year and finally stop this month lol. I took a break n did other hobbies. Like mining.. must have missed out and I waited 4 yrs for this event if u call it that..  still got like 6 months left.. imo .. my real alt bag is ethereum though.. waiting for like 200% gains.. if its truly here lol.. if not this 6 months then a brutal 4 yr bear market again.. history often repeats itself and often rhymes too.

It seems the alt season is over, and the replacement is Doge season or called animal season, what a crazy day today, zoo coin pump, pump, and pump, such as doge, shib, akita, poodl, pika, fox, pig. That is unbelievable.

for me april is a month that put me at a disadvantage when buying by selling one of the remaining alt that i have..
for now, in my opinion it is not very real and it is still at a vulnerable point to reinvest..

I guess it is already become true up to 70-90% and the remaining 10 days may bring more surprises as well. Thanks to dogecoin and few other exchange coins and tokens, I guess this April month has become one of the rememberable for many crypto people. Personally I am a long term dogecoin holders and sold some of them above 500 satoshi and holding remaining for the target of 1100 satoshi.

When ethereum and litecoin kind of coins are struggling to perform like before, it is really surprising to me to see dogecoin kind of underestimated coins are reaching moon. Really a remarkable month, this April is.

Don't be too discouraged just because you see some other altcoins have been pumping. Focus on your bag and the time will come that Ethereum would give you that much gain. Well, does that mean that you're waiting for Ethereum to reach $6,000? 100% is at $4,000 because it's currently $2,000. I've got some few Ethereum too but I don't think that it's a bag to describe but I'm also waiting that the time will come for it and as of now, holding it would be the best thing to do thus, I'll add some.

It is very hard to predict when alt season will end. Cryptocurrency becomes more regulated and a lot of big investors comes to the industry and buy altcoins. For me the most important thing is that altcoin will be useful for people. For example there is https://tupan.io/ project with SEC registration which earn on forestry industry and help to protect Amazonia forests. It connects cryptocurrency industry with real sector.

This year tends to be bullish all through, after the bullish trends surely the bearish season will come visiting so it's better to make profit while the Market is still bullish, in a bull season even a newbie can make profit from trading but in a bearish market only the genius will surely make profits, tho we can't really predict  when the alts season will end but it's better to make use of the opportunity while it's still there, not everyone will really make it or will be successful after the end of this bull run, some maybe panic sellers who will sell in lose and won't even think of investing again, there will just be too many people with so many reasons of not investing and benefiting from this bull season.

Now is really a very good time to buy altcoins for those who have not yet done so. The last dump of bitcoin led to the fact that the price of altcoins decreased by 20-30%. And accordingly, buying altcoins at this price, you can double your deposit at least 2 times, provided that BTC will also grow.

No need to analyze or depend too much on the indicators, I agree that at this time many coins have gained a lot, but there are still many others that have not achieved as originally expected. More precisely, this instinct in this market let me feel that the uptrend is not over yet, confidence in this market is still very large.

So far, the altcoin rally has been limited to the top 20 or 25 alts. Obviously you can't expect all the 10,000 plus altcoins to go up, just because there has been a rally in the Bitcoin prices. The vast majority of the altcoins are still under very heavy price manipulation and their market caps are kept at artificially high levels. These coins will move up only when someone triggers a pump-and-dump cycle with them.

I think altcoin market is really taking off with the huge pump on Dogecoin again, and Ethereum and Binance and ADA and DOT also making their new all time high this year so it's all good. Plus the dominance of bitcoin is shrinking, indication that altcoin market is taking a piece of the slice again.

The solution might be in altcoins with low daily trading and low circulating supply. If you scroll down top from 100 and below, you would be surprised to see how many altcoins, that are popular or has a sound name, had lost. Of course your cant expect them to make x10, but doubling its price is able to any of them.

Maybe if you dig into something on top500+, you might find something that can give x10 in 6-12 months. I would suggest to take a look on Syntropy (NOIA) from time to time. They had noda ran by enthusiasts for a long time. Now they made few cool partnerships. I'm scolding myself almost every month for selling so early their tokens which I got for running node...

Pump-dump already started their activities from the beginning of this year and many users get more than 10x from low capped coins which bought by those users back in 2020 and guess what, some of those coins was pumped by pump-dump groups in 2021. But, it's quite hard to get any low capped coin/token for making that much profit as every alts are already pumped close to previous ATH and new projects make new ATH. And it's true for taking entry on any alts as bitcoin is on huge correction and majority expecting bear market to be started. So, we need to be careful and watchout btc's movements for enjoying the upcoming alt season.

I don't think there will be bear market so soon. It's more reasonable that we have some corrections along the way. And if that happens I have high hope that we will be in bull run a bit more time.
