First of all, you are asking in wrong section. Move it to Mining(Altcoins) section. You will find move button on bottom left hand side. Secondly, I haven't tried the site you mentioned but looking at their block page:
https://ltc.solopool.org/blocks and checking it with the details it looks like they are legit. Last block was mined on 14th April and the miner received the block reward after pool fee deduction in 4-5 hours. This is their mining address:
