What would be some legal loop holes? How legal is it exactly? Is it like online poker? Where its illegal for online poker sites to accept US players - but it isn't illegal for the player to play. (google black friday poker for example)

Anyone with knowledge in this topic would be appreciated. Google gives me somewhat mixed and confusing results.
