I was just asking myself this same question... Can't blame you for shorting it, I was surprised once it got above $0.05 at first.. all this Elon Musk talk just keeps it going higher and higher. Who knows, maybe Coinbase will cave into him and end up listing DOGE... So many of his followers are from the US that would probably give it another spike. It might be worth tucking some away just because with someone like Elon liking it so much I don't think $1 is out of the question..

It is not advisable to buy during bull market because chances of your losing money is high and making profit is low unless you hold.
Doge has grown multiple times in past few weeks but it will soon see the correction. That upcoming correction will make many suffer huge loss.
You can wait till them and then buy doge when price is somewhat stable.

Right now, Dogecoin is having a market cap of $50 billion. So the question is whether Dogecoin is overpriced, and if that is the case what should be it's fair valuation. Now to understand this in detail, let's look in to the history of Dogecoin. This shitcoin was created long back in 2013 by Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer, whose original intention was to make fun of the idea of Bitcoin (don't believe in the Wikipedia article). Dogecoin doesn't have a unique algorithm of its own, and whatever it has is stolen from other projects. There has been hardly any upgrade since 2013, and even the original developers lost their interest and made their exit. Now how much should be the fair valuation of such a coin? IMO, a conservative estimate should be around $1 million.

It is highly expected dogecoin to be testing more than 1000 satoshi levels (pls calculate in USD value according to BTC values at that times) and I guess it would be literally around $1 per one dogecoins. But, I believe $10 per doge may not happen in 2021 or 2022 but it may happen when 90% of dogecoin's supply get into only 100 or 200 addys until then I $1 may remain as a good target.

I am not ready to believe into other animal/dog related coins. I do see that pumps are highly manipulated and may get dumped at anything to trap all naive investors. Just stay within dogecoins and enjoy your profits by not risking with unknown shitcoins.

I agree, the sad thing is that dogecoin along with bitcoin might be, for many people, their introduction into the crypto world. I sincerely believe that what has gone up for more than 8000% this year will inevitably come down. Specially considering that dogecoin has really very little to offer compared to other coins

But Dogecoin can increase and break $1 as we see that the Dogecoin price can rise in a short time. I don't have good analysis but maybe Dogecoin if keep hyped can reach maybe until $3, about $10 will need more support but will be hard since it is already pumped a lot from it's first price, and maybe some people will already aware and prepare for bear trend in Dogecoin. Considering functionalities and support it does not have anything what started as a joke just Elon's twwt turned out the upside down from the Doge coin. No doubt it was good for those who hold some and did make money from this rally. But how long can the rise last will be te big thing to know. Nothing clear as it can even touch 1$ now I think.
