Tron is quite cheap only 1/2 tron for each transaction. or you can also use Doge, the fee is almost the same as Tron and both coins are quite cheap.

I'm a big fan of XLM and have used that to move between exchanges.

Transfer fees are so minimal it's essentially free and the transfer complete in under 10 seconds (so as long as the exchanges aren't messing around themselves).

Coins with huge max supplies always have the cheapest transaction fee, that's why Tron,XRP, DOGE, XLM are all cheap, imagine if TRX reach 10$ per coin one day the gas fee will surely never be the same again, that's the fact

Tron fees are super low like everyone has said but if your exchange has harmony (one) this one is also a good alternative might actually have lower fees than tron when moving funds from the exchange.

XLM is essentially free regardless of the cost of individual coins... even if XLM went to $5 or more, the transaction fee would still only be fractions of a cent.

It's part of what makes the Stellar network a world-class protocol.

TRX or USDT-TRC20 has the lowest fees for withdrawals. Btw in which exchange you have BTC ? If in binance you can use BNB or BUSD for lowest fees

Just use tron, not to mention it has USDT TRC20 within their blockchain and the liquidity is quite high aswell as being listed in many exchange, if what you need is as simple as sending money and there's no need for other unnecessary things then just use it.
actually any coins that are below top 5 by market cap and still in top 20 by market cap would do, most of them have quite low fee except ERC20 ones.

But I just wonder that you are going hold altcoins for your balances in exchange? Because, you are not mentioning about your plan to convert bitcoin for altcoins but you are worrying about the transaction fees and if that is the reason then what will be the point of making use of altcoins for withdrawal?

I am getting paid in altcoins to save transaction fees but I will be asking my employer to pay in one particular altcoins and then I will simply sell those altcoins for USDT or for my local fiats; this way I am getting paid more than opting for bitcoins to get paid.

But, if your withdraw your balances in some altcoins then you need to hold that coins for sometimes by bearing its fluctuations. Are you ready for that?

Tron, Doge, XRP.
I have transacted with those coins and I can say that they really are cheap compare to transfer it directly with bitcoin. Exchange it first with any of those to save fees if you're going to exchange it too quickly for fiat.

I often use TRX. if you use altcoins, then TRX is probably more appropriate. the fee is sometimes only 1 TRX for 1 transaction. You can also use XRP or XLM, but it looks like the recommended one is TRX. but personally, TRX would probably be better if you used it. try it first, and see how much it will cost you.

I haven't tried Tron but XRP seems the fastest one that I've tried myself so far. So if you have in your local exchanges option that you able to convert XRP to your local currencies, then you better try it out and the only thing you can see is the fast and its lowest transaction fees. That's what I've been doing when I am about to send some BTC in the exchanges, I will make sure to convert it first to XRP then send it to our local exchange what a convenient way to withdraw your crypto assets.

XRP is a fast blockchain and can compete with Tron, Stellar and Litecoin for speed. But there is a trick with XRP. Not every wallet (the OP wants to send funds to app wallet) allows to create XRP wallet for free.

Activating XRP wallet cost 20 XRP. For example Atomic Wallet will charge/freeze 20 XRP when you receive XRP in your wallet. That is almost $25 right now. So check before sending XRP somewhere, because a try to economize might turn into disaster.

Finding a cryptocurrency with a low transfer cost is easy. TRX, XRP all have good costs, but not the best. Consider Monero as the transaction cost per transaction is only around $ 0.005.
