1xBit.com withholding a withdrawal for over 4 days

Hi all,

I have an account with 1xBit. I have it since two years ago, and I never had problems with them.

Last Friday I requested a withdrawal of 0.5BTC to my Ethereum wallet, and the withdrawal is still "processing" since them.

After waiting a couple of days, I started looking in forums opinions about 1xBit and I certainly was really surprised about so many scam accusations.

Considering what is happening to me right now, I'm just posting asking for suggestions, as 1xBit support is not answering nor providing any information on the issue, I'm seeing their Ethereum account working (processing deposits and withdrawals) normally (and with over 300ETH balance) and every time I contact their live chat their only answer is that "I have to wait for the specialists"

Has this happened to any of you with 1xBit? Was it solved?

I appreciate all the suggestions.

This is what they are saying now:

Dear Customer, according to our specialists, your withdrawal request has been paid out from our side. Unfortunately, due to the high workload of the blockchain network, this transaction has not been confirmed and processed yet. Please wait for the funds to be credited to your payment account. You will receive an e-mail response as soon as the transaction is completed.

Here is their ETH account. No withdrawals pending. So indeed it seems I am being scammed. This is really scary.

Sadly there are still people willing to use that scam platform even as its allegations surround this forum. It is not the first time, it may even be the hundredth time when I see posts like this. My condolences, the chances are that you have lost that money. No any support on that scam site, and no refunds will be made. From now, please do your research carefully before using any casino.

Negative reports about this website are often found and there are a huge number of bad reports in their name in this forum so that is enough to stay away from this website. But we see people still falling into the trap of 1xBit.com and being cheated. I sometimes think that those who know Bitcointalk can at least report here so that others can be alert.

But those who don’t know about Bitcointalk and don’t know about it through other reporting remain silent even after actually being cheated. So I think 1xBit.com's more fraudulent reports go unnoticed.

People come with complaints with newbie accounts in this forum even though before that there have been many accusations that have been made by us from so many times, are there still people who still believe in the 1xbit gambling site? yeh indeed a newbie account reports on the bitcointalk forum, while not doing research here before playing there this is indeed bad what the OP does.

So it's useless for them to report it here because the money will never come back.

only users who are active on the forum who know that 1xbit is a lot of moderate problems out there don't know, after being trapped they just reported it, this is indeed a ridiculous case.

Ignorance excuses no one, obviously, you are not aware of the existence of the scam reports of 1XBIT all you care is you are receiving your withdrawal, but once it stopped you open a thread here, it's not and never safe to play on 1xBIT and you just proved it and many of it's players will prove it once 1XBIT stops playing them, their time will come eventually.

If you are playing and you just read all these bad reports, stop right away or feel sorry later.

Sorry for the loss but I don't think that you will be able to get that money because as you have said, 1xbit has a lot of accusations and they still haven't solved any of it yet. Try to put a flag or contact them and if they don't respond or doesn't care about you,you can put a flag on them, again, sorry for your loss and just consider your experience as a contribution to the testimonies that 1xbit is a scam site.

just to update this thread, it seems that the OP has received his withdrawal after six days and the cause of the delay was explained in their ANN thread. I am not a fan of 1xbit and I have seen numerous gamblers failed to get their money back from this gambling site for suspicious reasons, but it seems that this issue wasn't caused by 1xbit. I would still recommend avoiding this gambling site if someone asked here in the forum since there are much better ones out there with better promos, events, bonuses, support, team, and staff.

After 6 gruesome days, I confirm I received my withdrawal. So it seems that I will not end up in that list.
To those that still having issues open, best of luck, is really desperating dealing with them. They are a black box.

You are playing on 1XBit which is a gambling site and there's a risk that you are going to lose your money from gambling and if you win there's also a risk of not getting your money, it's hard to win in a gambling site so why not make it easy for you to withdraw by only picking the right gambling site to play, 1XBIT is not in a category of a good gambling site, we are not lacking of a good gambling site so why pick 1XBIT?
