Bustafish is a total scam | Unauthorized use for bab source

Hello, this is my first topic on this forum. I bitcoin gamble whenever I have money. Currently, I have been looking at different casinos to use and found this one in a telegram chat.

I did some research into it, since I've never seen it. I found out that the owner hasn't bought a license for bustabit source from 2017 that he uses.

They should contact Bustabit, not you~XD there is no purpose to contact you about these, they need to contact bustabit and buy the licensed software they are using for their casino.

Are you going to offer something to them or are you going to help them with the license?
Did you know about it (on telegram) from someone you know or it is just something like a message from random users on a telegram group?

Likely you encounter some spam chat on Telegram asking you to play on that site. Disregarding the site's status on that so-called Bustabit's license list, no one here will play on that site for the obvious reason that it's new to everyone's vocabulary and not even mentioned once here in the forum.

Their site representative can respond here in case they stumbled on this thread. But whatever it is, it won't change the fact that their site must not be used.

why you are using telegram for finding new gambling sites when you can use bitcointalk/gambling boards for finding legit casinos easily because the feedback is already posted  . telegram is a risky place because its been used as a hideout of scammers but you did a good job because you exposed lots of scam sites not just 1 by providing that ".txt file "  .

Telegram provides anonymity, which is also the reason why scammers are practically in love with telegram. But basically if you're a guy who's looking to bust a scamming casino you wouldn't want the site to catch wind of your moves and process, thus this is where telegram comes into play.

I highly doubt that they'd respond to this, it's been a month now and they haven't even given a single reply to back and support their site. So we can safely assume that this confirms that they are indeed scammers intending to make a quick buck out of unsuspecting gamblers.

Thanks for raising the alarm. If some casino is using an unlicensed version of the script, it's easy to assume that the casino owners are here to make some quick money and flee off once the pockets are filled in. If they are thinking for long term business, they would have done their licensing properly. Since that is not the case here, it's safe to avoid these casinos.

Btw, I don't understand why op wants the casino owner to contact him instead of Bustabit?

OP, what you need to know is: not all gambling sites in the world are on this forum, you can see below the gambling sites listed on the forum.

Topic: List of Gambling Platforms.

If you have a problem with gambling outside the forum, I think it is unlikely that the owner of the Bustafish gambling site will hear your complaint.

My advice to you, in the future playing on gambling sites listed on this forum, it's to make it easier for you to discuss, if there are complaints.

Well you know if they are already doing this. I don't think they will try and contact someone to remove their name from this list and try and prove how their site is credible. I do think the owner of bustabit if they are indeed registered and their license is upto date they should try and take this matter to the cyber crime department.
Since what these sites are doing is actually taking the traffic of the real site. When a player is typing Busta , he is getting all these options. Which is indeed bad for the real company. Your site, if they are credible should at least spend some time and Investment in finding a good name which stands out rather doing... adidas and abibas !! Anyways other than that if they are establishing a business aren't they aware of the trademark law? Let me just copy it real quick from a credible source from google.

Well I sent a message to owner of https://bustabit.com myself, since I have nothing to hide & I am using the correct liscence.


Oppositon of bustabit.com owner , that is not allowed to use
'' *busta '' in domain name crash games.

The said brand is their intellectual property so using it without permission counts as theft... and being bold about it just makes it worse.

It doesn't work that way in this forum. Scams aren't moderated as it lets each user judge for themselves. and what fake? OP may have been off with some details but it still doesn't change the fact that you have been using their intellectual property without permission.
