I am having major difficulty with restoring account with binance and few other tokens. I am in need of legal assistance as those entities has no physical address in the USA and evasive with their contact ifnormation. Any has any expert law attorney office handling the crypto legal matters? Class action?

Before you pursue any legal case with Binance, remember they also have enough legal support with massive experience. You might need to go through all the legal notice while registering on the exchange,if you agree to them then you have to abide the rules. However, your case is not that peculiar, though it might take some time as USA citizen or resident but they could like release your asset later. It took almost 3 months for my brother before he could assess his fund, it has been very difficult for Binance in USA.

If we are talking about Binance here I think they already have a physical US address and it is located in San Francisco, California. Remember that they already have pulled out from the US before since they aren't properly registered to operate in the US but now they are. Also I don't know the full story here and I think you must state the reason why your account got locked in the first place so we know why you are pursuing a lawsuit against them. With regards to filing a lawsuit you must find people who have the same experience as what you are having before finding a lawyer as the more you are affected the more they will be responding to what has happened to your case.

This is also what I've found after searching for their physical office. Since they're running binance.us, they should have a physical office that operates the domain.

Most of the accounts that were created before Binance.US have solved their problems, and I do not think that Binance will be strict in withdrawing these currencies. You need to check with the support team and they will tell you what to do.
If you used Binance.com after creating Binance.US and used it with VPN then you are in a weaker position since you have ignored their terms of use.

In general, it is better not to go into legal matters because they are slow and you may lose your money while trying to get your coins.

Before telling you need the legal advice, please tell us what is the issue you are trying to solve with Binance in USA. Because they also have certain terms and conditions so if you violated them then they have all the rights to do what they want with your funds.

Might be difficult to pursue a legal battle against Binance. Second, they have a physical address as mentioned already, 3rd, it might take years and a lot of money in your end, are you willing to sacrifice that in exchange of your account and few other tokens? I don't think you need expert law attorney here, perhaps we just need to understand what is the issue first and maybe you can just seek assistance from Binance, simply as that.

I just wanna confirm, you’ve mentioned that you were trying to retrieve your Binance and other coins right?  But the question is, which would you like to retrieve?  Did someone steal it from you? (just like your credentials).  Cause based on your statement it seems like someone stole it and you still have their phone numbers kept. 

Or did the cryptocurrency founders were the ones you would like to sue legally?  If that’s the case, I think you have to seek their customer service first before filing a legal complaint.  There's a possibility that not only your tokens won’t be retrieved but you may also be countered by them.

Remember that these are big companies with expertise in legal, as well.

I understand that is why I am reaching out hoping to find someone in similar situation for class action or similar. I got my fund locked for 3 years now and in the name of KYI, they have been playing goose game for those entire periods.

Is there any trade show or some event that binance partipipates with media? I would like to attend and lay it open about their abusive KYC policy however this is probably has to be after pandemic is over. Meantime, if you are in a similar situation, i would like to know.
