Binance pool is bad, not recommended for newbies and it's been a while binance pool have been cheating me, their mining payout is even worse than Nicehash, after 24hrs I ended up with low rewards and believe me same will happen to you.

Don't pay much attention to these. What counts is daily/weekly payout. Compare it with, say, Ethermine or any other pool (sure you'll have to run it for a day/week/etc too) and decide for yourself.

You aim here is you really want pools to show you 20mh mining power but pools don't work like this, it takes hours for some pools to show the accurate hashrate you have and this doesn't mean you won't make the exact amount you supposed to make every 24hrs, before judging a pool make sure you mine on it for three days and find a reliable mining calculator, I use Minerstat calculator by the way if you are interested here is the link

8500MH is too high difficulty for 20mhs. ethermine will give you better result but treshold is 0.1ETH which can make long time to pay out. Here there is alot pools try it :

https://miningpoolstats.stream/ethereum

Try to find with low difficulty. and oc your card maybe you will get higher hashrate. I sold my 1060 long time ago but i remember they were doing 24-25mhs. But dag size increased on 1000 series dag size is problem. Bigger dag slower hashrate.

Correct, higher difficultly rate is a big pain in the ass for miners with low hashrate power, the most friendly pools for low hashrate miners are Nicehash and Hiveon pool, Nicehash diff is around 800MB and Hiveon pool has a habit of readjusting diff to the taste of your hashrate, pretty good one

I'm using binance pool and I have no problem with them at all, I think the problem here is your small hashrate, you need to keep mining and wait till 24hrs is complete to get the actual amount you are earning, also binance pool has high diff settings, it's 8gb not a place for 20mh miners

First, overclock your graphics card
Power limit - max
Core +50
Memory +600   (from 500 to 1000)
You will get a hashrate of 23 Megahesh
The effective hashrate will always be less than the reported hashrate at the start of mining. Wait 4-6 hours and your statistics will change.
Effective hashrate is calculated by the pool based on the shares found, so it is minimal at the beginning of mining

Very right friend, also since we don't know what type of network connection OP is using I think someone should talk of that because if your latency is high your reported hashrate won't be accurate, it will fluctuates alot on pool

20mh or 25mh is way too small mate, to get constant shares solved you will need a small pool with low mining difficultly, Nicehash is the only one that suits your mining setup, it will take weeks to get to minimum payout threshold

Worry less, I mine on binance pool too and you can't judge it's capability by just reading it's hashrate on pool, some pools have worse reading and that still won't stop them from paying out the exact amount you are supposed to earn a day
