if you have bought that much of the doge at a very low price I think you should have sold already and rethink again whether to buyback. this is sort of a joke coin but certainly, its adoption is gradually realized since there will be merchants accepting it. If the volume of it gets higher than ADA, coinbase will possibly be adding it. just maybe.

Personally, I feel that the price of $ 1 is very difficult for Dogecoin to reach. however, we don't know what kind of effect Elon Musk could bring to this coin. however, I feel that the price of $ 0.47 is a very high price for Dogecoin, even today. however, if you believe the potential $ 1 is achievable, I don't think waiting until the end of the year is a bad idea. however, the risk is really, really big, because you could lose your chance to sell the doge at a high price.

as per today, the price of doge itself is $0.2605, i think it's highly possible that DOGE can reach $1 in this year.
But i think it's not in the near future, it will be in November or December 2021.
Let's just keep and hold doge for now, don't be panic even the price is falling down.

Hold if you believe that day will come for this asset to reach $1 but if you are just riding for this coin popularity
best to buy some using your spare money.

Elon Musk's influence mostly the key for this coin to pump and reach that value, more on how he will move it

Chances? yes. Big or not? maybe not. If you really sure dogecoin will readh $1 this year and then people said that it is not, don't let them to interupt your confident. But if me, i will say like the others. Dogecoin pumped not because developed but because hype, if hype is already over, we afraid if dogecoin price back again or maybe dumped from it's current price.

I mean you bought under 30 satoshi or mined them or recently bought after it has set its ATH around 800 satoshi? Anyway, I guess you must continue your holding because there are lots of people are speculating about dogecoins to be reaching $1 by the end of the current bull run.

I recommend you to keep trailing stoploss just above your buying price so that you will never encounter any losses on the event of when dogecoin might be failing to reach $1. But, if you're ready to hold for another 3 to 5 years then definitely you will get more than $5 per dogecoins for sure.

If before, I didn't really appreciate doge.  But compared to now, my opinion is very different.  I believe this coin meme effect is becoming a habit and it has been in the mind of the community.  Elon might have done a divine job of igniting trends, because perhaps he realized, the world needed Doge.  So Doge's quick rebound has led me to believe that Doge's rate of ATH at $ 1 is coming closer.  It started with love.

I've always been of the opinion that bitcoin currently controls the entire crypto market, atleast until crypto becomes widely used by everyone in the world, bitcoin's growth will continue to give room for other altcoins to grow, so what am trying to say is that as long as bitcoin continues to grow, and the community of dogecoin supporters continue to support and this is not excluding the constant shilling from our celebrity Elon musk, then dogecoin will likely cross the 1$ mark, after all, any thing and everything is possible in the world of crypto currencies.
But on the other hand, if I were you, I would have sold at 0.47$ because dogecoin is not the kind of coin I would invest in and want to hold it for long cus we all know that it's not technologically backed, the reason for the huge spike in price is due to over hype and constant shilling from Elon musk, which means that one the hype goes down or Elon stops shilling, the price is likely to be found back on the floor where it was before now.

Yes, the same for me. It should've been an easy answer without even a single doubt. Damn Elon Musk shaking our beliefs. 
My memories about discarding all my accumulated dogecoin from faucets suddenly flashed back. (10-30 sats per doge). I can't even remember the account username anymore and what more with the passwords. Those will be buried forever.

1 dollar is kind of a huge amount when we talk about the volume of this coin but it might just reach it with more tweet from the superstars of Twitter.

That is hopeless. I know investors would like to see Dogecoin make a good run during this season as Elon Musk once promote this but as we can see on the market chart, it is very unfortunate for $1. Because as this bullish season has nearly possible to its end then it is to expect altcoins will drop including Doge.  Because the truth is that, Elon Musk is not enough to help it out but with the project credibility where it happens that investors are hard to find it inside.

Well he has never really said if he is truly driving DOGE or if he is just along for the ride himself (I bet he is doing mainly the second option). All these profits he made so far? I can only say that he has been behind it and knowing full well he dumps on the masses.

Well the possibility of Doge reaching $1 was possible, any possibility are possible but it all depend upon the law of supply and demand. But suddenly, the demand of Doge seems doesn't justify the hype that Elon Musk has been given to Doge by shilling it on his tweets. In my own opinion I will going into others opinion too, if you think that $0.47 value of Doge can actually give you already a profit or return of your investment then it must be good enough I guess.
