It's quite funny seeing stuffs like this. Satoshi Nakamoto who has gone out of the radar would certainly ignore stuffs like that. I guess the creator of the tokens just wanted to create some attention or get people aware about the existence of the project. It's indeed a move I find amusing.
Yes, some people are using public blockchains as a marketing area. I have also received such scam coins at my address last year where it had value but was locked.
Problem is here because sender only needs public key and can send his useless token.
It is disadvantage from public blockchain...
