I would like to apply for an unbanned work account. Was banned for some kind of plagiarism, spam and copying messages. I worked with him for about two years. Banned in 2018. I disagree with the accusations, since the account was working and I tried to carefully conduct my activities. 3 years have passed since the ban.

If this helps in any way, a few useful topics have been written from the account. Also, several topics have been translated from the English branch to the Russian one. People thanked +merit.

As it has been stated previously, if you intend to recover a hacked/lost account you have to follow the procedures stated by theymos in this thread -> Recovering hacked/lost accounts
I could see that according to the account profile over at BPIP the account was Autobanned sometime ago and I honestly don't think the stance regarding that account is going to change namely because of the reason of being banned -> Ban Evasion / Multiple accounts. As you should know this kind of activity is against the rules according to mprep thread:

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.
~ If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

I would also advise you to edit your post to remove your e-mail just as a safe measure.

I have never been engaged in copying posts, plagiarism, and even more so spam. I just worked from my account and didn't go anywhere. If I wanted to break the rules for any reason, I would not do it from my main work account. This is logical

It translated as spam this is why your account got banned, your post mostly only one liner of even few words only. I think you can PM @Xal0lex for further discussion, even though the chance is very slim to unban your account.

However, if you are demanding justice today, let's start with you.

You always beat me to it, suchmoon.  There's no way in fuckin' hell that account is going to get unbanned if it was for plagiarism, and it doesn't matter how much time has gone by or what the account was used for (and the fact that it was a "work account" just makes it soo much worse).  This forum needs fewer work accounts owned by members who think bitcointalk is their office space.

OP, forget about it.  It's not my decision of course, but I can tell you from experience that you don't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting unbanned.

Very rarely admin considers unbanning an account. Since you are evading the ban, most probably I believe there is a ZERO chance to unban your account. I don't know what do you mean about the work account since there is no job system on the forum. Those users considered to unban in the past were good contributors to the forum. I don't think you should compare yourself with them. So, it's better to leave this forum since the forum banned you (the person) not only an account. You aren't allowed to use this forum anymore. Just look for some other places for work.

You should understand that bitcointalk is not a place where you do the jobs by making "Work Accounts". Try to find a real job as you are not welcomed here anymore as you are banned as a person and not as a account.

This reminds me of that classic story from the book Rich Dadd, Poor Dad where the author says, "Don't work for money, make money work for you". He's letting the accounts "work" for him.
