Will Bitcoin do the same scenario in 2018 ?

I'd say that there's a possibility but I hope this would not cause you to panic because it would be not helpful at all, just think about what you wanna really do like if you think Bitcoin will continue to slide down then it is better to save up some money to buy at the bottom or if you think this is just temporarily dip then hold till it goes back up. From what I believe, we are still in a bull cycle that is why I am still holding it right now, I only think of this dip as a normal correction. The thing is just make up your mind and don't be confused, it is not like you are going to lose all the opportunity.

No, you don't. What happens last 2018 is not the thing we have to expect this year, so don't need to think about sinking price and reaching back again to $4k? Some say's that it is not impossible, well, if that we supposed to think that the market turns back 3years ago, or 10 years ago, I'm not sure if there are people to think that Bitcoin has a better future.

I guess it's impossible right now as you can see what happen from the previous year of march and April we saw the bitcoin falls down because of the economic problem as you can see a year ago right now its already on its another all-time high if there's nothing happen that can affect the whole economy there's no chance that we lose the same way again. Weak hands will sell their bitcoin as fast as they can because they think bitcoin will end soon. I agree, a lot of rich people already invest to btc and I believe they will not allow it to happen again. They're a lot of institutions accepting it and if it goes really fall as hard as the previous it would be bad to cryptocurrency holders. We still bullish trend now, rich people still catch up with the opportunity to invest in btc and other cryptocurrency. It's not possilbe that it will fall but it will not the same as it is. Long-term holders are not panicking if this will happen, only the weak hands and short-term holders will sell their BTC.

Definitely you should continue your holding because this is just FUD triggered correction and market certainly will bounce back from this collection. You may book profits right now but you may regret later on for your decision. If you really look for maximizing the chances on making good profits from bitcoin and avoiding later regrets then you should continue holding.

We are just in the mid of current bull market and as per yous expectation of the scenario of 2018 may happen but that will happen only in 2022 but we are still in 2021 and there are plenty of months are left in this year; it means there are plenty of bull market is yet to come.

There is a possibility but we don't know when because the market is so unpredictable these days. In 2018, the reason why the markets go bloodbath is because of so many bad news and regulation issues whatsoever, and the institutions and major companies aren't sold yet on Bitcoin and the crypto market. That time, the market hasn't matured yet. But right now, I certainly believe that the market has already matured due to the continuous adoption of major institutions, companies and even the governments like Miami and so on are already embracing crypto. We are just in the mid of current bull market and as per yous expectation of the scenario of 2018 may happen but that will happen only in 2022 but we are still in 2021 and there are plenty of months are left in this year; it means there are plenty of bull market is yet to come.

I think people are too hyped up with high valuations and short-term thinking here, it's not time to short bitcoin yet.

If we look at previous price action, we see that there is usually a one month consolidation before a breakout to new highs. Another correction before full recovery seems reasonable because in the past bitcoin has traded like that only. We could expect bitcoin to consolidate from this point but another round of correction also possible at any time because whales may manipulate easily right now so that they will get into bitcoin for more cheaper prices.

Whales are always known for manipulating bitcoin market and when market is already into correction phase then their manipulation will be higher degree in order to make most of this current situation of bitcoin markets. So, getting ready to face anything could be good idea.

Price rose too fast? What? In 2017, btc was only $3500 and it rose till $20k which is about 6 times while it did the same this year as the price went from $10k to $65k. What was fast here? The correction will not be as quick as it was in 2018 and 2019, because now Institutional investors are plunging into the markets.

a lot of rich people already invest to btc and I believe they will not allow it to happen again. They're a lot of institutions accepting it and if it goes really fall as hard as the previous it would be bad to cryptocurrency holders. We still bullish trend now, rich people still catch up with the opportunity to invest in btc and other cryptocurrency. It's not possilbe that it will fall but it will not the same as it is. Long-term holders are not panicking if this will happen, only the weak hands and short-term holders will sell their BTC.

It is not about not rich people not allowing that or not, it is about what they believe bitcoin will do. If they think bitcoin will fall then they will end up selling it as well, why would rich people not sell their coins if they think bitcoin will fall? Which means they do not think that it will fall which is why they are not selling it.

We are at a stage where bitcoin is not at that level just yet, so they are not selling, if we have a crash that is major, they will get out as well. Places like microstrategy has a very very low dollar cost average which means they can wait for it to go under 30k very easily, but if they see it at 10k do you really think they will keep holding? All we have to hope for right now is that bitcoin doesn't fall like that, and even though there was a big drop I can see it standing strong now at 50k levels.

History can repeat itself so yes its possible however its just a prediction and there's no concrete basis. Bitcoin might go down further but I think not to the point like what happened before wherein the price dropped to its lowest point at $3k. The situation is different now compared to the past because adoption already takes place from big companies and btc already gain more users due to bullrun. Thus I dont think they will let the price plunge, but if ever it happen then deal with it positively to buy.

So keep holding and dont be too affected for the current happening because its just temporary.

In the first place, We shouldn't be panic at all dropping its price was just a normal thing here happened in the market.
And because of this things some of the altcoins also dropped their price value, meaning once bitcoin start to kick its value
these altcoins for sure will also begin to spike their prices in the market as well. This is what I had observed every time

Since we have not successfully executed all the total Bitcoin block halving, I believe the Bitcoin market will still replicate the same thing that happens in the year 2018 which is market blood bath but there may be a little change about when it will happen because this year market trend seems different from the previous market
