SEC still wants XRP so badly

Looks like a losing battle for XRP to me considering they're against SEC and now that SEC really eager to pursue the matter as far as they can it's gonna cost Ripple very much in the end probably. If it's happen to be the same case as USDT where they choose to hand out millions maybe its gonna settles the problem quite fast and not shake the whole XRP market but if ripple as the company behind XRP choose the long way as well then it might be a long costly fight.
SEC just have all the power to further investigate XRP whats stopping them from winning at this point? just my opinion though take with grain of salt.

I have to say that after years of going through the bull market after many years, the coins that can survive the FUD will always exist and grow very strongly. In the case of XRP, I am quite confident that everything will be mellow sooner or later and it will soon increase the market, with its position as it is now I do not believe there will be any factors affecting its existence, optimism on the current market still has a lot of good opportunities and if you take a little risk I think the results for the next time will be very worthwhile.

Seems like the SEC won't let go off XRP so easily. I guess they are not used to losing a case or if not everything goes in their direction. The SEC probably never expected, that the judge would deny them access to the bank records of the XRP executives. That the SEC themself claims now that they are being harrased by XRP sounds kinda ridiculous to me as they are usually the ones who are harrasing the crypto market.

I do not know why SEC keep suing xrp instead of leaving it alone. Things you said might right, they do not want to lose, especially when they are a big authority of the US government. But things are changed. Old system will soon be replaced and if SEC does not change themselves, it will be wiped out

You are right, it seems SEC needs to be reorganized as per new demands from people and start-ups. I read XRP has won the previous case and not sure why SEC keep trying to accuse for "other" reasons. Even I am not personally like XRP due to its centralized nature, SEC must prove its accusation along with solid evidences whereas keep suing with different reasons definitely will lead to lose faith on them.

I was expecting SEC to approve bitcoin ETF somehow but after seeing how they are approaching XRP, I am no more confident about getting approved for any of bitcoin based ETF in near future. Let's forget bitcoin ETF completely.

First they will let them go through records and now they won't.
What the heck is happening with this SEC guys. It's like someone is backing it up and it's not just SEC's decision anymore.
Question is who or what company? Maybe politics?

If this will continue, they will lose more investors that gained their trust from winning the case of going through records only.

Well, what can we expect it is the SEC's job to pursue any case that they have started so in that case XRP was really not off the hook. They are dealing with a huge money here and SEC will do everything to penalize XRP and of course, the case is still pending so there's still a chance that SEC will won the battle. XRP on the other hand are also doing their best to defend their side, this is a good battle between this two institution, let's just see and wait for the final result, SEC wont let XRP win the battle and XRP wont let SEC to ruin their reputation.

I thought it was nearly to close the issue and XRP wins but somewhat the hunt continues with a strong demand for possible closure or might be the seizure of XRP. This is bothering a lot for all XRP investors, this what I'm worried about, and the good thing I wasn't able to be attracted.

And now the problem arises, it could be the reason that XRP holders will do the panic selling. I foresaw a huge price decline a few days from now if the defendants won't help to solve the issue.

The ripple coin itself is not in danger. The SEC lawsuit states that if the violations are confirmed by the court, two specific executives of Ripple Labs will have to pay $ 1.3 billion in fines. Therefore, the court only decides whether the penalty will be awarded or not. Of course, this also indirectly affects the reputation of Ripple Labs and the coin itself.
