So I have a gaming idea for the crypto world but I have no idea who to reach out to for help.
I have the white paper completed and just about the website built. Which will have an ICO.
I need Partnerships and people who understand how to get this up and running.
Guys any advice is welcome, I'm a one-man band at the moment and trying to learn as I go.

If it's about alt-coin or new crypto since you stated ICO I think it is better to move it on alt-coin discussion.
You could attract some known developer or experienced people when it comes to that kind of business.
You could also try this on Linked to try and reach on some people with experience.

I remember there use to be sites where developers can submit their cryptocurrency ideas and get funded if the ideas are useful and viable. I guess you could search for sites like that.
You could search for this on Google "Submit a crypto Proposal for grant",   maybe you will find useful/safe sites to do that.

loads of people have gaming idea.. but if you produced a white paper and ICO and wanting support for ICO..
the screw that. its a non-starter project

real people with real idea's start with the idea. they expand the idea. like write the script of the game. explain the theme/motives/rewards/ strategy/category of the game. even explain some character stuff

if all you have done was the ICO stuff. then you are not a person set to be a gaming project manager. you simply looking to hve a crap 5 minute idea and hope 100's of people do the actual work while you keep the money.

.. here is the thing 12 years ago satoshi did not go on a fundraising project asking 100's of people to fund him to then develop something. he first released the actual project. explained its function and strategy and utility. explained the rewards.
in the end it self funded itself.

Maybe give us an idea what your gaming idea is all about. You'll barely find partnerships if you can't give a glance of your idea and project.

It's normal to let the crowd knows about what your idea is if you're wanting to hit some birds.

You are still learning yet you already wanted to venture that fast? and also What type of partner you are looking ? financial partner? if does then surely you won't find that easy because there are so many people with gaming Ideas but the problem is how this will be implemented when they have no Funds to start for.

I remember that almost the same details i have read recently maybe it's better that you both talk and find solution for your problem.
though he is looking for partners but did not mentioned about gaming project.
