but not all parents will do that. It's a little harder to explain investing in the stock or crypto market to parents. they will be more interested in gold and investing in real assets.
but some of the parents, actually become interested in the crypto market when they see their children make money from crypto investments. Of course, it all depends on how we explain it to parents.
Actually it's easy to explain anything to parents who have a high education, because parents who don't have a high education will always be difficult to understand and they tend to choose real assets such as Gold, in contrast to parents who have education, he will tracing what his son said and asking his son repeatedly.

but explaining it to someone especially our parents must make us a little awkward.
that's because the understanding that parents have regarding work and investment is different from what we mean.
more people who enter is good, but when people don't really understand crypto assets, seeing the market as it is today will certainly make new people panic easily.

So far what I know is that altcoins have a very high risk if used for investment, so you should be able to buy coins that have good potential such as bitcoin or maybe BNB and Ethereum which have a lighter risk.

I agree, for my parents I would only recommend the most common alt coins where the risk is lower. Going into low market cap coins is a no go for my parents. They are already in retirement age and just can't take massive risks anymore. If they really want to buy cryptos then just for bitcoins.
even buying bitcoin still have risk too if we buy on peak , floating negative in our position will be a test for our mental and emotion. For old man investing in bitcoin actually didn't neccessary for them ,  but it could inherited to their grandson and it is very good for long term till they being adult. Maybe bitcoin someday will be inherited assets for us replace property or land.
It is good ide in my opinion. bequeath our assets to children or grandchild will give them huge money while this assets increase alot while project still actively developt product or feature. It will need more than 4 years to inhireted bitcoin , and ofcurse it will passed bitcoin halving moment. Price will soar extremely again like this early year after last year bitcoin halving. Maybe our grandchild will be millionare due this assets.

- Panic is probably just a situation at best, the case that comes to my mind is the sudden onset of cardiovascular diseases when looking at the market these days, although I also have a few years of experience with crypto investing but as a young person, sometimes my heart also feels uncomfortable with pressure and loss. I think persuading people who are already old like our parents should be avoided, some good situations may not be worth mentioning, but when bad situations arise, it will be a lifelong regret

They may not be interested in cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is an unstable investment, the market price is very unstable and fluctuates greatly. If you want to invest in cryptocurrency to get more profits, you must face greater risks, and parents cannot bear greater risk pressure. Instead they want to invest in a safe, stable and publicly acceptable investment like real estate, so that they can make a profit when house prices rise.

You can let your family watch it while you are operating cryptocurrency and let them know that investing in cryptocurrency can make money. If you just explain to your family or say something they don’t know, they won’t understand. You can transfer some coins to them so that they can also operate. If they are interested, you can teach them how to make money. . If they are not interested, do not force your parents to enter the crypto market, because there is a risk of investment failure, they will not operate, and do not understand investment knowledge.

I dont think that it is a good idea to persuade anyone to make investment. You can show some examples or share your own experience. But it is fully their decision what to do. Persuading someone to do something will have an opposite effect. If you persuade other person to do something, his inner protective system will do opposite.

Another strong thing is that you try to persuade your parents; close people. You how people say "want to lose a friend or spoil relations - borrow them money". Here money are also involved. If you try to persuade them to invest in crypto, that means they are inexperienced in it. If the have losses after investment or are not long term investors, will you be ready to cover their losses? Because you will the first person they will turn their negative to. Are you really ready for that?

It is true that it is difficult to persuade and convince middle-aged people to invest in crypto especially those who have never heard of it. However, if we can give them a good understanding of crypto they might be interested in investing in crypto.

I think it should be easier for anyone already familiar with stock market to understand cryptocurrency. There are some similarities between stock market and cryptocurrency.  For example: Market cap,  pricing,  Graph plotting,  trend and recently,  defi!  I am a middle age myself and I have been in cryptocurrency for more than seven years.  If you can get your dad to have an open mind in approach,  he will get into quick and learn to love it!

Expect that not everyone will accept bitcoin or cryptocurrency not everyone are knowledgeable enough to become interested in the world of cryptocurrency. Just let those people who keep bashing cryptocurrency. If your parents or any loved ones doubt cryptocurrency then show them your proof of earnings and investment. People nowadays won't believe if they do not see any proof.

Listening to you, I remembered an old saying. My home was incredible when I stepped into the cryptocurrency It's a hoax, you won't get anything, but I was convinced that it was a fact that when I first withdrew money from cryptocurrency, my family was convinced that my brother was now investing in cryptocurrency.

Giving understanding to middle-aged people is not as easy as we give understanding to college children or children at school, because they have to understand everything from scratch and even from very small things.
The best way to explain cryptocurrency to middle-aged people is in simple language. We can provide an understanding ranging from definitions, basic concepts, to the mechanism of cryptocurrency transactions. I think that way they will understand.

Summarizing the explanation into easy-to-understand language is the best way to explain cryptocurreny investing to your parents and relatives without basic knowledge of crypto, newspapers and television media have included crypto in some financial news thus encouraging wider crypto knowledge.

None of my friends and family members are into crypto and consider it a scam or something without a real value (except my gf , she is into this as much as me).

But it gets worse.(off topic) My high school was focused on chemistry and microbiology and now I continue studying chemistry.

My father in law keeps saying that I don't know what I'm talking about when we talk about some virus because he read something else on Facebook and this is all a conspiracy.

This hurts me but I can't "look for a new one"

So just accept them as they are and don't bring crypto in the discussion.

Everyone is free to think about whatever they want. If I am right about something and they don't listen to me, it will be them, not me, who will lose something.

So OP, don't be sad about this and invest more.

Crypto is not popular in my homeland. People in my homeland love to invest stocks and bonds. And real estate is the most popular investment. Only few people invest in crypto. My dad loves to invest in stocks but he seldom has a positive net income from the stock market. It’s the fact that crypto is a better tool to earn money, especially for the Altcoin. Then., I try to persuade my dad to invest in Eth and BNB. They’re worth to invest. Take myself as a good example, I spent the weekly pocket money on my first Eth two years ago and earn more than 10X of money. It seems that Eth is still going up in the future. It’s a good investment during this economic recession period. I tried my very best to persuade my dad to buy Altcoin like Eth and BNB but he thought that crypto was very risky and unreliable at all. Investing in crypto is the best way to earn money in this economic recession. It means that my family loses the chance to become rich since my dad does not invest in crypto.
It’s hard to persuade those middle-aged people to invest in crypto. Do you think so?

Are you considering only 2 coins for investment? After all, it is very difficult to set the tone for large and rapid growth for such large currencies. Now, there are very popular cross-chain projects, such as: Solano, Matic, Near. You can consider and study very promising projects. Their fundamental technologies will allow them to expand their ecosystem and eth ecosystem into the first. Which, of course, gives a huge advantage over the same BTC, which grows due to the fact that it simply exists Smiley Therefore, the choice of coins for investment is now due only to the availability of technology, the time of crazy Defi projects is over and it remains only to invest in the long term

Hahaha... You aren't wrong atall but this isn't common to parents alone as individuals in other categories share same belief as well. I think it is okay if one chooses not to. Choice of Investment is a personal decision... Your statement "my family looses the chance to become rich" caught my attention. I think you should consider another strategy to help take your family to the point you want them to get to. There are a whole loads of opportunities in the crypto space an individual can participate in to himself/herself and family live pretty much comfortably in a higher standard of living. Staking, farming, mining, play-to earn, just name it. You could participate in such activities to earn good passive income. Need a recommendation? Check out Seascape Network. A whole lot of opportunities in that platform 👍

maybe the middle-aged people are not interested in investing in crypto because this cryptocurrency is a new currency that has not been known to the world community for a long time. The journey of this cryptocurrency is still less than 10 years, therefore the volatility of this type of currency is still very high. Currency values can suddenly experience a drastic increase. Likewise with the decline in its value which can also occur in a very fast time.
We can not predict exactly how the value of this currency in the future. The potential loss can also be greater. Sometimes the exchange rate of Cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin is also considered unreasonable because it is too high.

Maybe parents like your father are not very interested in what you have now because maybe he still holds his own old way of investing in stocks which he has never known in today's masses, let alone plunged into the world of bounty hunters, maybe he is still holding on to a different way. he owns them he is very much lucky in winning his stake
Maybe what you say is also true and even so you still respect it,
what's more, everyone must have their own reference in terms of investing whether it's gold, stocks or land,
so I don't think we can force what other people do
