That's true. I use both mobile wallets like Lumi and Ownr for everyday usage and a hardware wallet for storing huge amounts of crypto.
Is it another newbie alt-account advertising these two malicious closed source wallets?
The more these two are advertised by these throw away accounts the more confident I am that they are trying to scam people. Refer to my previous reply:

It's also important to store crypto on non-custodial wallets like Ownr or Lumi.
It is stupid to store anything in closed source wallets since you have no idea what is happening in the background. The best case scenario is that they aren't malicious and you lose your funds due to a bug and worst case scenario is that they are malicious and not only they are monitoring everything you do but also they have all your private keys.

Ownr is completely closed source
Lumi has some libraries on Github but not a proper source code and it is not popular at all

Of course it is. Orwn (intentionally spelt wrong) is all over the place in his latest posts. Although I would never vote for any kind of general restrictions towards newbies and low-ranked members, I would be the first to limit (if I could) people like sujon5 and 415jeremy, whose only agenda is to advertise those two brands, from posting in certain sub-boards on the forum.

Technically, I don't think they are breaking any rules.
Rule #24 says: Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful.

I wonder if such posts can be reported and be deleted based on that rule? All they do is advertise their wallet in threads started by other users. But will the admins agree that those kind of posts are useless or not?

The important thing you  must remember is to be very carefull at all times in making transactions in public using your bitcoin wallet or other cryptocurrency wallet because people who will do no good is always around. And also keep always your password, your seed phrase or just memorized it so no one will nkow about it except only you. Be aware in your surroundings there are a lot of people out there surely going to take a risk and do bad just to have money.
