Major altcoin reached a new all-time high price after the Bitcoin (BTC) price spiked over $50,000 once again.

As for the major altcoins that pumped while bitcoin has recovered, it was notably that ethereum is one of it that had turned back bullish.
But anyway, even when bitcoin has dropped and corrected, I saw ethereum that didn't dropped a lot that much during those days and it has made it to $2,600 so easy.

People are really afraid of holding altcoins when bitcoin showing sign of dumping and as a result they immediately convert it to BTC so they can somewhat feel safe when holding it therefore I think why the altcoin price in general heavily affected by bitcoin's price movement.
Though normally that shouldn't be the case considering many alts also already paired with stablecoins such as USDT or BUSD, it's just people's sentiment could easily be affected by bitcoin as it's the most popular coin.
Just see if bitcoin could reach another ATH again, the other altcoins even the shitcoins gonna be bullish. But one thing for sure though, buy when other people massively selling and sell when other people massively buying.

Bitcoin is still bullish by the way,,, yes it dropped 3 times in past few weeks but that is very normal in any kind of market much less crypto! And if alts think they can enjoy a bull run without Bitcoin going up higher, they are so wrong. Wait til Bitcoin turns bearish,,, in some months or next year,,, altcoins will be running for the exit.

Yes btc have some influence over alts price movement, even though at the moment btc dominance is at %49.72 according to cmc, still btc price movement always plays positive role on alts when price is up and negative when price is down, eth, waves,bnb, are among such major coins who really turned bullish, infact I was a bit surprised to see waves at $20 yesterday although price has correct down to $18 but was really nice to see this coin pumped that high.

Bitcoins isnt called the father of all crypto currencies for nothing, its because it still have the massive power to control the entire crypto market, anytime bitcoin goes red in price, everything in the market turns red with it, and anytime it turns green, the entire market turns green as well.
Personally, i cant wait for crypto currencies to go fully mainstream while every coin will stand alone, where no coin or token have to depend on bitcoin for their upward or downward movement, and i believe that this can only be achieved when bitcoin dominance drops to maybe 20 or 10 percent atelast, this will mean that the remaining 80 or 90 percent market dominance will be shared amongst altcoins and this will definiately cause some really good altcoins to skyrocket both in market cap and price, right, bitcoin has over 49 percent of all the money in crypto currency, and it still likely to go up, this wont be healthy moving forward into the future.

This a common thing, the major altcoins were not getting a big drop when bitcoin was dipping but so many good news has come. This was making bitcoin started to recover its price again from the bottom.
Some coins like ethereum and BNB were increasing even higher than bitcoin consider both were having strong fundamental.

That's the actual move of altcoin after bitcoin spike, this is not the first time it's happening, am it's always happens to popular altcoins, I have noticed that not all altcoin will die away, the first 20 altcoin on CMC will do well in the future while relying on bitcoin growth.

Cryptocurrency market continue to raise. But big volatility attracts a lot of people to trading, that is why trading volumes increasing and tokens of the exchanges growth. But about the volume, yes it's increasing and there's a good reason why it's happening. When the market is dropping, you'll see a lot of us are also chasing the market to buy the cheaper coins that we're wanting to hold because that's a buying opportunity that we shouldn't be missing.

The current movement of bitcoin has brought altcoins to follow the movement of bitcoin and penetrate new ATHs of all time, negative news will always be there even though it is not as expected and it all depends on us who respond.

TBH, major altcoins turn bullish because of the downwards of bitcoin's dominance as it's currently less than 50% and it's true that rebound of BTC help a lot. But i'll say that it's a mix action from both of these things. Community was so much bullish when BTC was in dip and many of us surely filled their portfolio with major altcoins for this. As bitcoin's dominance is still lower than 50% , hoping to see a massive alt season in the upcoming months, IMHO.

I guess that will be possible. But, right now bitcoin is struggling to break the resistance levels around $55k to $56k and if bitcoin gets power to break it and then hold above it then we can see it will be testing $70k levels straight after that. But, the current level is crucial because bitcoin may come down to test support levels around $51k levels at the same time.

So, altcoins may stay sideways until bitcoin clears its path like where it will be heading. I am just looking for dips to buy more bitcoin before it will be having another new ATH.

I do think that there is a possible outcome here that would eventually result with some type of bull run for all coins. Not just bitcoin, not just some top altcoins, but almost all. Obviously there could be few that will not go up like the others, we have seen a huge bull run where XRP dropped because of sec news few months ago for example, there will always be some coins that go down while the market goes up, however when the market goes up all together it goes up all together.

This is why I think it is going to be something serious, it is going to be easy to decide which coin to pick because almost all of them will provide with some profit, sure it will be difficult because some will go higher than the others, so gaining 20% while others gained 100% will be upsetting, but at least everyone will win. That is just what I think may happen.

we saw it clearly, Ethereum was not really affected by the decline in bitcoin this time around, but when Bitcoin started to bounce back, Ethereum went up too. And the good news is that GAS is starting to decline slowly and it's not burdening us .. this is a surprise from Ethereum. they began to give a long breath of hope and hope that had been buried a long time ago. we are finally able to send a bit of Erc20 based token token to Exchange.

Ethereum having a strong bullish momentum was becasue of it adoption with some giant techs as method of payment and also, their last fork that they promised which was meant to reduce it transaction fees. Among the altcoins it was only ethereum i could see making some good move even when Bitcoin went down recently, also, $UNI did some pump too but almost very few did the pump IMO.
